Research On The Influencing Factors Of Production Efficiency Of Soybean Farmers In Yongcheng

China’s soybean production supply is insufficient,and the domestic people’s demand for soybeans is relatively strong,resulting in excessive dependence on imports of soybeans in China.As the largest city in Henan Province in terms of soybean planting area,Yongcheng is the main crop breeding base,but also the main base of soybean seed breeding,in the case of growing soybean demand and limited potential for soybean planting area,it is very important to further improve the production efficiency of soybean in Yongcheng,Henan Province.Based on the above background,the overall production status of soybean in Yongcheng is analyzed,then the DEA model is used to measure the production efficiency of soybean farmers in Yongcheng,and then the influencing factors of the production efficiency of soybean farmers in Yongcheng are analyzed through the Tobit model,and finally relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the conclusions drawn from the above analysis results,so as to improve the production efficiency of soybean farmers in Yongcheng and promote the development of soybean industry in Yongcheng.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are mainly drawn: there is a certain degree of redundancy in the input of production factors among soybean farmers in Yongcheng City.Six variables,namely the education level,whether they have gone out to work,whether they have received technical training,whether they have mechanized production,the degree of land fertility,and the satisfaction of farmers with agricultural subsidies,have a positive and significant impact on the soybean production efficiency of the overall farmers in the Yongcheng sample.There are certain differences in the factors affecting the production efficiency of soybean farmers of different planting scales.According to the field research and empirical analysis,in order to better improve the production efficiency of soybean farmers in Yongcheng City and optimize the soybean production scale of farmers,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed: optimize the planting scale of soybean farmers,improve soybean production efficiency and capacity;Optimize the input of soybean production factors to avoid waste and excessive investment of resources;Strengthen the technical learning of soybean farmers to effectively improve the yield and quality of soybeans;Improve soybean support policies and increase farmers’ enthusiasm for soybean planting.
