White radish has high edible and medicinal value.It has a large planting area and high yield in my country.It is one of the vegetables that people often eat in their lives.However,so far,most of the white radish harvesting operations in my country are still manual harvesting,which is labor-intensive and inefficient.Especially in the context of hilly and mountainous areas and small plots of planting,it is difficult to mechanize crop production compared with other plain areas,and harvesters for white radish are even rarer.Therefore,it is of great significance to design and research the white radish harvester suitable for hilly terrain and small plot planting mode.Based on the relevant parameters of the white radish to be harvested in the white radish planting base,this paper designs a small white radish harvester and studies its digging shovel.The main content of the article is as follows:(1)A summary of the research status at home and abroad.Consult the relevant materials of white radish and carrot harvesting machinery at home and abroad,summarize and review the radish harvesting machines in different regions,analyze their characteristics and scope of application,compare their advantages and disadvantages,and clarify the research objectives and research directions of this paper.(2)Experimental research on white radish harvesting.First,select a number of representative mature white radish samples,measure the geometric and physical properties of the white radish root length,depth of burrow,quality,etc.,and summarize and count the measured data,and draw the measured parameters The histogram of frequency distribution provides a certain design and reference basis for the research and development of white radish harvester.Secondly,the maximum pulling force required for pulling white radish was measured,and the factors affecting the pulling force were explored.The results showed that the depth and diameter of the root of white radish were the main factors affecting the pulling force.In addition,when the pulling force is large,the tassels are easily pulled off,resulting in failure of pulling.Therefore,during the harvesting process,it is very necessary and critical to carry out excavation operations.(3)Design research on small self-propelled white radish harvester.Understand the agronomy of white radish production,select the application scenario of mechanized harvesting of white radish,and according to the harvesting plan formulated,combined with the above measurement data,conduct research on the white radish harvester suitable for hilly and mountainous landforms and small plot planting modes Construction of 3D models,and research,selection and calculation of various devices and key components.(4)Research on drag reduction of small self-propelled white radish harvester.Because the harvester will be subjected to greater resistance during operation,the dynamics research and simulation analysis of the main soil-contacting part,namely the digging shovel,are carried out for the purpose of reducing the forward resistance.Firstly,the structure and working parameters of the digging shovel are studied and preliminarily set.Secondly,through the dynamic analysis of the digging shovel and the soil on the shovel surface during work,a mathematical model is established,and the main factors and relational expressions that affect the resistance of the digging shovel during work are obtained;then,using finite element software,The process of excavating the soil with the excavating shovel was simulated,and the results of the above research were verified,that is,the width B of the shovel face and the angle α of penetration into the soil are the main factors affecting the resistance of the excavating shovel,while the travel speed v affects the resistance of the excavating shovel.The influence of the resistance is not great,so it is determined that the shovel face width of the excavating shovel is 140 mm,the shovel face length is 200 mm,the entry angle is 20° and the bevel angle of the shovel edge is 45°.
