negative impact on the sustainable development of China’s agriculture,so the experiment intends to explore the impact of new bioactive fertilizers on Therefore,the experiment is intended to explore the effects of new bioactive fertilizers on soil improvement,apple tree nutrition and fruit quality in orchards,with a view to solving the problem of fertilizer selection in apple cultivation.The experiment was conducted on Fuji apples with CK(conventional fertilizer),J1(conventional fertilizer+175 kg/667m~2 new biological fertilizer),J2(conventional fertilizer+200 kg/667m~2 new biological fertilizer),J3(conventional fertilizer+225 kg/667m~2 new biological fertilizer),J4(conventional fertilizer+250 kg/667m~2 new biological fertilizer),M1(Bridgase complex fertilizer 70kg/667m~2,organic and inorganic mixed liquid fertilizer 7 kg/667m~2,bridgase biological organic fertilizer 78kg/667m~2),M2(bridgase complex fertilizer 100 kg/667m~2,organic and inorganic mixed liquid fertilizer 10kg/667m~2,bridgase biological organic fertilizer 111 kg/667m~2),M3(bridgase complex fertilizer 130kg/667m~2,organic and inorganic mixed liquid fertilizer 13 kg/667m~2,bridgase biological organic fertilizer144 kg/667m~2)and M4(bridgase complex fertilizer 160 kg/667m~2,organic and inorganic mixed liquid fertilizer 16 kg/667m~2,bridgase biological organic fertilizer 177 kg/667m~2)9 different fertilization treatments.The results of the study were as follows:The soil physical and chemical properties,leaf properties,new growth,leaf and fibrous root nutrient contents and fruit quality of apple orchards were measured and analyzed under different fertilizer treatments to investigate the effects of different fertilizer treatments on soil properties,tree growth and fruit quality,so as to provide a theoretical basis for scientific and reasonable fertilizer application.The main research results are as follows:1.J2 and J4 treatments can significantly increase soil water content,J4 treatment can significantly reduce soil bulk density,significantly increase soil porosity,soil magnesium content and calcium content,M2treatment can significantly reduce soil electrical conductivity,increase soil organic matter content at the later stage and improve soil environment,J4 treatment has a significant effect on improving soil organic matter content at the early stage,J2 and J3 treatments can respectively The J4 and J2 treatments can effectively increase the soil nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content,the number of soil bacteria and actinomycetes,increase soil microbial activity,and thus increase soil fertility.2.J3 treatment could improve the phosphorus and potassium content of leaves,M4 treatment was effective in improving the nitrogen content,J1 could significantly improve the magnesium and zinc content of leaves,J2 treatment significantly improved the manganese content of leaves,using principal component analysis to compare the leaf quality of different fertilization treatments,the scores of different fertilization treatments were ranked as follows:J2>J3>CK>J4>M4>J1>M2>M1>M3>M1,indicating that the fungal fertilization treatments were more effective in improving the soil fertility.M3>M1,indicating that the effect of bacterial fertilizer on leaf quality is significant,which is conducive to the accumulation of leaf nutrients,thus storing nutrients for the improvement of tree quality and fruit quality,which is beneficial to the long-term benefits of fruit trees.3.J4 treatment can effectively improve the nitrogen content of fibrous roots in the early stage,while J2and M3 treatment can improve the nitrogen content of fibrous roots in the later stage,M4 treatment can significantly improve the phosphorus content of fibrous roots in the early stage and potassium content in each period,and M2 treatment can significantly improve the potassium content of fibrous roots,and using principal component analysis to compare the quality of fibrous roots of different fertilization treatments,the scores of different fertilization treatments were ranked as:M3>J2>M2>J1>M4.M2>J1>M4>M1>J4>CK>J3,which indicated that enzyme fertilizer was better than mycorrhizal fertilizer in improving the quality of fibrous roots,and the application of enzyme fertilizer could promote the nutrient uptake of fibrous roots,which could realize the long-term benefits of fruit trees.4.J2 treatment reduced the titratable acidity of fruits,increased the sugar-acid ratio of fruits,significantly improved the"sugar heart"index of apple fruits,and also increased the"sugar heart"fruit rate of apple fruits,which improved the fruit quality to some extent.J3 treatment could improve the soluble sugar of fruits,but it was not significant compared with the control,and the effects of each treatment on Vc content and fruit hardness were not significant.The overall analysis showed that both bacterial fertilizer and enzyme fertilizer could improve soil properties to a certain extent,but the effect of additional bacterial fertilizer on soil nutrients and soil microbial activity was more significant,while additional bacterial fertilizer was beneficial to the accumulation of nutrients in leaves and enzyme fertilizer was more beneficial to the nutrient absorption of fibrous roots. |
