| With the development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living and consumption levels,people not only require good food and clothing,but also become more and more strong in yearning for a better life.In the report of the 19 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,and took "ecological livability" as one of the five major goals of rural revitalization,raising the living environment to the national strategic height;Document No.1 of the Central Committee in 2020 also pointed out that it is necessary to accelerate the improvement of the rural living environment and improve the living environment of the people;In the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Rural Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022),it is also required to improve the rural appearance of the XPCC regimental field company.It can be seen that the rural living environment has received extensive attention from governments at all levels,and it is urgent to improve the rural living environment and meet people’s yearning for a better life.As a national civilized city nomination city,the living environment of Aral has received extensive attention from governments at all levels.Taking the regimental field company in Aral City as the research area,this paper constructs a comprehensive index evaluation system for the quality of the human settlement environment of the regimental field company in Aral City with reference to the existing research results,mainly uses the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the human settlement environment quality of the regimental field company of the first division Aral City,further sorts out the questionnaire survey results,obtains the factors restricting the improvement of the human settlement environment quality of the regimental field company in Aral City,and puts forward policy suggestions to optimize the living environment quality of the regimental field company of the first division Aral.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The comprehensive evaluation level of the quality of the living environment of the field company of the first division is high,and the final result of the evaluation is "good".The analysis of the reasons is mainly due to the high level of evaluation of social humanities and living environment,the living environment of the residents of the first division and regimental field company is more comfortable,and the relationship between neighbors is relatively harmonious,so that the residents living in the field company of the first division have a higher sense of happiness,and then have a higher level of human settlement environment evaluation.(2)There are obvious differences in the evaluation level of each system level of the human settlement environment of the field company of the first division.The highest evaluation level is the social and human system layer,the system layer between general and good is infrastructure,living environment,ecological environment,and the lowest rating level is the socio-economic and public service system layer.(3)The residents of the field company of the first division have a good evaluation level of various indicators of the living environment,and the overall evaluation is good.Based on the above research results,it is proposed that: strengthen the leadership of local governments and improve the construction of grassroots organizations;Broaden the sources of funds for improving the living environment and strengthen diversified investment for economic improvement;Improve the supervision mechanism of the human settlement environment and scientifically plan infrastructure construction;Give play to the main role of the residents of the company and improve the level of the company’s human environment;Broaden the channels for enrichment and expand the economic benefits of the company’s various industries;Strengthen the construction of the ecological environment of the company and create a livable model for the beautiful company. |
