| With the social and economic development,the problem of agricultural non-point source pollution caused by the large-scale use of chemical fertilizers in agricultural production has attracted much attention,and the construction of agricultural green development technology system is the fundamental way to achieve green and sustainable development of agriculture and solve China’s agricultural environmental problems.Document No.1 of 2023 once again pointed out that to promote the green development of agriculture,it is necessary to accelerate the promotion and application of technologies for reducing the amount of agricultural inputs and increasing efficiency,and promote the adoption of technologies such as the integration of water and fertilizer.At present,there are many problems that need to be studied in the popularization and promotion of green production technology,and this paper takes the fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement technology in green production technology as the research object,and explores the influence of technical characteristics,farmers’ cognition and other factors on the adoption behavior of apple growers’ fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement technology.In view of this,this paper uses the survey data of apple growers in Shandong and Shaanxi Provinces to summarize and analyze the individual and family conditions of apple growers through descriptive statistical analysis,and statistically analyze the current situation of adopting fertilizer application reduction and efficiency enhancement technology,and summarize the current situation of fertilizer application reduction and efficiency enhancement technology.Based on the current status of technology adoption by fruit farmers,the influence of technical characteristics and farmers’ cognition on the technology adoption behavior of fruit farmers is mainly studied.Firstly,considering the existing research conclusions,the influence of technical characteristics and farmers’ cognition on technology adoption is comprehensively considered for the first time,and the binary Logit regression model is used to explore the influence of technical characteristics and farmers’ cognition on the adoption behavior of fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement technology.Secondly,focusing on the multi-stage process of technology adoption behavior,the Ordered Probit model is used to explore the influence of technical characteristics and farmers’ cognition on the adoption of fertilizer application reduction and efficiency enhancement technology,and on this basis,the interaction terms between technical characteristics and farmers’ cognition are added to the model to explore the regulatory role played by farmers’ cognition in the influence of technical characteristics on the adoption behavior of fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement technology of fruit farmers.Based on the above relevant research contents and ideas,the following research conclusions are obtained:(1)At present,there is huge room for improvement in the adoption rate of chemical fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement technology by apple farmers in China,and its publicity and promotion need to be strengthened.There were obvious differences between the adoption rates of different technologies,the adoption rate of organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer technology reached 75.02%,while the adoption rate of soil testing formula fertilization technology was only 19.42%,and the adoption rate of water and fertilizer integration technology was 25.57%,which varied greatly between technologies.(2)The technical characteristics and farmers’ cognition had no significant impact on the first adoption of fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement technology by fruit farmers,and the adoption of the first technology was mainly affected by the farmers’ own capital endowments,and the multiple adoptions were different.After using the multivariate ordered Probit model to analyze the influencing factors of apple farmers’ adoption behavior of multiple technologies of fertilizer application reduction and efficiency improvement,it is found that the technical characteristics and farmers’ cognition can significantly improve the enthusiasm of fruit farmers to adopt fertilizer application reduction and efficiency improvement technology.(3)In addition to directly affecting technology adoption,farmer cognition also indirectly affects technology adoption by influencing technical characteristics,and farmer cognition plays a significant positive regulating role in the influence of technical characteristics on technology adoption.(4)The farmers’ own education level,purchase of apple insurance and participation in technical training all significantly positively affect the technology adoption of fruit farmers. |
