| In recent years,Hydrangea macrophylla has become an important type of potted flowers in modern greenhouse because of its large inflorescence,long flowering period,gorgeous color and other advantages.It plays an important role in the development of flower industry.As an important part of potted flower production,fertilization management plays an important role in ensuring the quality of potted flowers.However,at present,most of the researches are focused on the propagation and cultivation techniques,flower color regulation,resistance physiology and preservation of cut flowers,and the fertilization techniques has not been systematically explored.In the process of production,most growers apply fertilizer blindly based on experience,which will not only cause environmental pollution,but also waste a lot of resources and seriously affect the ornamental quality of Hydrangea.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the precise fertilization technology for improving the quality of potted flowers and promoting the high-quality development of potted flowers industry.In this study,to hydrangea cultivars,Hydrangea macrophylla ‘Hanatemari’ and Hydrangea macrophylla ‘Zao An’,were used as test materials,and potted experiments were carried out.Water-soluble fertilizer,organic fertilizer and controlled-release fertilizer were selected for single application or combined application.Four fertilization levels of 600 times,900 times,1200 times and 1500 times were set according to relevant research and fertilizer characteristics of eight imens.Balanced and high nitrogen fertilizer processing under 14 + 7d,10 d,7 d and 14 d four different fertilization frequency and pouring,foliage,pouring and foliar application of three kinds of different fertilization methods,from the above types of fertilizer,fertilizer rate,fertilization rate,fertilization way four aspects,to explore the Hydrangea after fertilization treatment plant growth,physiological characteristics and the dynamic change of soil fertility,Furthermore,the relationship between plant growth and physiology as well as soil fertility was further analyzed to screen out the most suitable fertilization mode for the growth of Hydrangea,in order to provide some theoretical reference for efficient fertilization of potted flower production of Hydrangea.The main results are as follows:(1)For the selection of fertilizer types,this experiment is controlled with CK without fertilizer,compared the T1(water soluble fertilizer),T2(fertilizer)and T3(organic fertilizer+ water soluble fertilizer),T4(controlled release fertilizer),T5(controlled release fertilizer +water soluble fertilizer)five fertilization treatments,it was found that the growth,physiology and soil fertility were improved compared with the control fertilization treatments,but there were differences among the fertilization treatments.T5 was the best in growth,physiology and soil fertility among all fertilization treatments,while T2 was the worst in plant yellowing and stunting.The results also showed that fertilizer combined application could make up for the defects of fertilizer itself and promote the overall growth of plants compared with single fertilizer application.Comprehensive comparison of the three fertilizer types to promote the plant in the order of controlled release fertilizer > water soluble fertilizer > organic fertilizer.(2)Under different concentrations of high-nitrogen water-soluble fertilizer treatments,the growth,physiology and soil fertility of the two varieties showed an overall increasing trend with the increase of fertilizer application rate,that is,600 times of fertilizer application rate(1.33g/ pot/time)showed the best performance among all treatments.(3)The results of different fertilization frequency showed that when balanced fertilizer was applied,both cultivars had the best promotion effect on growth physiology and soil nutrient content at the frequency of fertilization once every 7 days;Under high nitrogen fertilizer,although the soil nutrient content was the highest at 7d/ time,the growth physiological performance of Hydrangea ‘Hanatemari’ variety was the best at 10d/time,and Hydrangea ‘Zao An’ variety was the best at 14+7d/time(14d/time in vegetative growth period and 7d/ time in reproductive growth period),and the flowering condition was better than that of 7d/ time.(4)Comparing the results of different fertilization methods,T1(pouring)was the best treatment under balanced fertilizer treatment;Type high nitrogen fertilizer treatment T4 and T6(pouring)+ foliar application(pouring)both ways on growth and physiological performance is good,and there was no significant difference in soil alkaline hydrolysis N and available K content in T4 treatment is significantly higher than other treatment,but comparing flowering,T6 treatment good flowering quality is T4,considering the Hydrangeas ornamental value,T6 was the best treatment under high nitrogen fertilizer treatment. |
