The Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl.is a native and precious species with great significance from plant cultivation. Fertilization is one of the most important measure of the forest cultivation. The results of the study by fertilization treatments provided a scientific base for sustainable development of the industry in Cinnamomum camphora(L.) Presl. So in this paper, one-year-old seedlings of Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl.were potted in soil and cultivated with N(3g/plant,6g/plant,9g/plant), P(3g/plant,6g/plant, 9g/plant), K(2g/plant,4g/plant,6g/plant) single factor fertilization and N(0g/plant,3g/plant, 6g/plant), P(0g/plant,3g/plant,6g/plant), K(0g/plant,2g/plant,4g/plant) L9(34) orthogonal fertilization solution in gree house. The experiment try to discuss the influences of seeding height, round diameter, biomass, concentration content in different plant organs, soil nutrition and photosynthetic physiology characteristics by the N, P, K elements, which provide technology solutions of fertilization for Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl. seedings, promote the development of cultivation industry. The general conclusions of this paper are listed as following:1. The nitrogen fertilizer could increase the nitrogen content and phosphorus content in the leaf, stem and root of seedlings. The phosphorus fertilizer could increase phosphorus content in the leaf, stem and root of seedlings. The potassium fertilizer could increase potassium content in the leaf, stem and root of seedlings.Orthogonal fertilization could improve nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content in different organs, thus effectively promote the growth of seedings, which the most effective fertilizer levels were:nitrogen (6 g/pot), phosphorus (6 g/pot), potassium (2 g/pot).2. The fertilization could significantly promote the growth of seedling height and ground diameter. The effects of nitrogen fertilizer is the most significant, followed by potassium fertilizer and phosphorus fertilizer. The effect of orthogonal fertilization on seedling height and ground diameter of seedings exceed single factor fertilization The most significantly effect on seedling height with the most effective fertilizer levels were: nitrogen (6 g/pot), phosphorus (6 g/pot), potassium (2 g/pot). The most significantly effect on ground diameter with the most effective fertilizer levels were:ammonium nitrogen(3 g/pot).3. The fertilization could significantly promote the biomass’s accumulation and allocation of seedlings. The effects of nitrogen fertilizer is the most significant, followed by phosphorus fertilizer and potassium fertilizer. The effect of orthogonal fertilization on biomass of seedings exceed single factor fertilization, which explained the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were necessary elements to biomass of seedings. The most significantly effect on biomass in leaf and stem at levels of nitrogen (6 g/pot), phosphorus (3 g/pot), potassium (0 g/pot).The most significantly effect on biomass in root at levels of nitrogen (6 g/pot), phosphorus (3 g/pot), potassium (0 g/pot).4. The nitrogen fertilizer could significantly improve the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and chlorophyll content (Chl), thus effectively improve the efficiency of photosynthesis The phosphorus fertilizer could improve the light saturation point (LSP), and prolong the photosynthetic aging, improve photosynthetic production. The potassium fertilizer could reduce the transpiration rate (Tr) and reduce moisture loss. Orthogonal fertilization could effectively promote the photosynthetic efficiency, less moisture loss and improve photosynthetic production, so the most effective fertilizer levels were:nitrogen (6 g/pot), phosphorus (6 g/pot), potassium (2 g/pot).5. The effects of Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on growth and physiology with Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl were different. For one-year-old Cinnamomum camphora (L.)Presl seedlings, the nitrogen (6 g/pot), phosphorus (3 g/pot), potassium (2 g/pot) mixed fertilization were beneficial to the growth of height, branches and leaves, nevertheless, the nitrogen (6 g/pot), phosphorus (3 g/pot), potassium (4 g/pot) mixed fertilization were beneficial to the growth of height, stem and root.
