With development of industrial technological development and the rapid progress of computer technology promote the depth study and continuous improvement of flexible multibody dynamics. In the area of aerospace vehicles, rail vehicles about road vehicles, robotics, high-speed and precision mechanism and bio mechanical systems it has been widely used. Therefore, the response based on planar mechanism of flexible multi-body system dynamics theory has an important meaning, which is the starting point of this article.This paper systematically introduces the basic principles of flexible multibody system dynamics first, then detail introduction on how to establish the dynamic equations from description of the displacement. In this paper I will build the dynamic model of the plane floating slider-crank mechanism, based on the floating frame of reference formulation methods, derived the slide displacement changes in the horizontal direction, using Simulink find the comparison between simulation results. By carrying out mechanics and its frequency response analysis about high-speed parallel suspension mechanism transplanter, then the dissertation establish its flexible multibody system dynamics mathematical model, using Catia to establish the geometric model. Using multi-body dynamics simulation software LMS Virtual Lab Motion Modules we analysised the displacement about the end comprising the flexibledonor donor element in the vertical direction. Using the Crystal’s CoCo80test system to analyze its base response from incentives, and also using EDM software to obtain frequency response analysis about test data, determine the cause of the vibration response of suspension mechanism. Finally, using hammering method the dissertation gets the high-speed transplanter hanging mechanism’s three natural frequencies and its quality factors.
