| The “Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting the Key Work of Rural Revitalization” issued in 2023 proposed that the agricultural vocational education method is closely related to “agriculture,rural areas,and farmers”,and should play a greater advantage in talent cultivation and integration of industry and education in the new era.However,under the influence of many factors,there is a disconnection between theory and practice in the secondary vocational school classroom,which makes it difficult for students to flexibely use the knowledge they have learned in actual production positions.The anchored teaching introduces the real situation into the classroom,builds a bridge between the classroom and the job,and students carry out exploration activities around the found problems,gradually master the corresponding knowledge and skills with the solution of the problems.This effectively improves the current situation of disconnection between theory and practice in traditional classroom teaching.Therefore,in order to improve the teaching quality of “Forest Fruit Production Technology” course,this study introduced anchor teaching mode into the teaching of“Forest Fruit Production Technology” course,aiming at improving the teaching status of this course and enhancing students’ ability to solve practical production problems.This study carried out the following work:Firstly,through literature research,we summarize the theoretical and practical research trends of anchored teaching,clarify its theoretical support,and determine the feasibility of the research;Secondly,to understand the teaching status of “Forest Fruit Production Technology” course in T City,Hunan Province secondary technical vocational school,based on the survey results,designed the teaching program,built the anchor teaching process suitable,and selected the orchard management chapter for teaching design.And choose orchard management chapter for teaching design,and takeing “fruit bagging ”and “application of plant growth regulator” to show the specific practice process;Finally,the application effect of anchored teaching mode in this course is tested by questionnaire and interview.According to the research results:The application of anchor teaching in the course of “Forest Fruit Production Technolog” is effective,improving students’ learning methods,promoting the formation of independent learning and cooperative learning habits,and improving the ability to solve practical production problems to a certain extent.Anchor teaching situates the boring theoretical knowledge,stimulates students’ interest in learning,and promotes the common growth of teachers and students. |
