| ’Shine Muscat’grape is a fresh variety introduced from Japan in China.Due to its excellent edible quality,it has been widely introduced and cultivated in recent years.However,the quality of the fruits on the market is uneven because of the unrefined cultivation and management techniques.This paper aims to study two key cultivation techniques for improving the fruit quality of’Shine Muscat’through the combination of several kinds of plant growth regulator and new shoot treatments in summer,in order to provide a certain technical reference for the production and application of’Shine Muscat’grapes in the field.The results of this study are as follows:1.A total of nine treatments of gibberellin A3(GA3)with different concentrations of forchlorfenuron(CPPU),thidiazuron(TDZ),streptomycin(SM)were immediately dipped in’Shine Muscat’grape clusters after flowering,25 mg·L-1GA3+2.5 mg·L-1CPPU+5000times promalin in two weeks after flowering were uniformly treated to study the effects of different concentration combinations of plant growth regulators on fruit quality of’Shine Muscat’grape.The results showed that,group B(25 mg·L-1GA3+2.5 mg·L-1TDZ+200mg·L-1SM)and group D1(25 mg·L-1GA3+2.5 mg·L-1CPPU+2.5 mg·L-1TDZ+200 mg·L-1SM)can optimize the fruit quality,such as size,sweetness,seedless rate,etc.,and can be put into production test.2.The new shoots of’Shine Muscat’grape were treated by 6 ways of combination of new shoots and secondary shoots management during summer trimming period,in order to study the effects of different management methods of new shoots on the fruit quality of’Shine Muscat’grape.The results showed that,the treatments of J1 group(7-8 leaves were retained above the berry,the leaves at the top of the new shoot were repeatedly removed,and 1 leaf at the secondary shoot was retained)and J0 group(7-8 leaves were retained above the berry,the leaves at the top of the new shoot were repeatedly removed,and the secondary shoot did not leave any leaves)could maximize the fruit weight,transverse diameter and soluble sugar content.This study showed that the main aroma substances of’Shine Muscat’grapes included terpenes,alcohols,aldehydes,esters,ketones,etc.Among them,aldehydes and alcohols were the important aroma categories of’Shine Muscat’grapes,while hexanal,2-hexenal and hexanol were the main aroma sources.Among the 6 groups of new shoot treatments,the types and total contents of aroma substances in J0 group were the highest,the contents of alcohols and terpenes were also higher than those in other treatments,and the aroma components of’Shine Muscat’grapes were improved most significantly.In conclusion,J0 treatment can improve fruit quality and grape aroma,and it is recommended to adopt J0 treatment as the way of new shoots management in summer. |
