Chinese cabbage crops(Brassica rapa L.ssp.pekinensis)are biennial herbaceous plants in the genus Brassica of the cruciferous family,and one of the important cultivated vegetables in my country.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,there are also higher requirements for food safety and health.Organic vegetables means that in the cultivation process,the organic production rules must be strictly followed,and the use of chemically synthesized pesticides,fertilizers,hormones and other chemical substances is prohibited.The emergence of organic Chinese cabbage has gradually gained people’s love.The tip-burn of cabbage is a physiological disease.This phenomenon is very serious in organic farms in Taizhou,Jiangsu,and it is very harmful to the cultivation of organic Chinese cabbage.Then use minerals foliar fertilizer ’defeite’ carbon and composite microbial enzyme liquid fertilizer ’qinfengyuan’(hereinafter referred to as the foliar fertilizer and liquid enzyme carbon fertilizer)to fertilize the organic Chinese cabbage,Chinese cabbage field observation statistics tip burn disease incidence,determination of Chinese cabbage field growth physiological index,in order to reduce the tip burn disease incidence of cabbage,improve the quality of Chinese cabbage,yield and economic benefits.In order to study the enzyme carbon fertilizer and liquid fertilizer on the leaf of organic Chinese cabbage tip burn,the effect of this test is to local organic farm commonly used Chinese cabbage varieties’ spring beautiful yellow as the test materials,mainly for different concentrations of foliar fertilizer and liquid enzyme carbon fat instead of organic fertilizer on the influence of organic Chinese cabbage tip burn,in order to solve the problems of the local Chinese cabbage dry burning heart,and the improvement of yield and quality of Chinese cabbage,The theoretical basis and method of organic Chinese cabbage production were provided to realize the high benefit development of enterprises.The main results are as follows:1.After treating organic cabbage with different concentrations of foliar carbon fertilizer,the incidence of tip-burn in Chinese cabbage has been reduced to varying degrees.The best foliar carbon fertilizer concentration is diluted 500 times,and the incidence of tip-burn on Chinese cabbage is reduced to 6.9%.The liquid enzyme fertilizer completely replaces the organic fertilizer can reduce the incidence of cabbage to 7.1%.2.The growth physiological indexes of organic Chinese cabbage after treatment with different concentrations of foliar carbon fertilizer and liquid enzyme fertilizer were significantly higher than those of the control and treatments with severe tip-burn.The plant height,leaf length,leaf width,root length,chlorophyll and root vitality of Chinese cabbage have been improved.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)were also significantly higher than the control.The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly lower than that of the control and tip-burn treatments.3.The soluble sugar,soluble protein and vitamin C content of organic Chinese cabbage were significantly improved after treatment with different concentrations of foliar carbon fertilizer and liquid enzyme fertilizer.The treatment yield of foliar carbon fertilizer diluted 500 times was increased by 79.94%.Liquid enzyme fertilizers completely replace organic fertilizers to increase the processing output by 87.6%,and the production cost of liquid enzyme fertilizers is lower,which brings greater economic benefits.
