| In this paper,the’Shine Muscat’grape was used as the experimental material to study the effects of different pruning floral cluster methods on fruit growth and quality,the effects of GA3 and different concentrations of CPPU treatments on fruit growth and quality,and based on different pruning floral cluster methods,the effects of different concentrations of CPPU treatments at 1 week before blossoming on spikelet growth and fruit quality.The main results of this study are as follows:1.This paper studied the effects of different pruning floral cluster methods on grape fruit growth,quality and work efficiency,including 7 d before blossoming with leaving spikelet tip,leaving the first basal branch,leaving the first and second basal branch and leaving the sub-cluster.The results of the study showed that the vertical and horizontal diameter,single fruit weight,and soluble solid content of the fruits of the tip-retaining method were higher than those of other treatments,and the fruit titratable acid content was the lowest.There is no significant difference in fruit quality between the leaving spikelet tip and the leaving the first and second basal branch in all aspects,and the working efficiency is the highest in the way of leaving the first and second basal branch.Therefore,it is believed that in the production of’Shine Muscat’,the pruning floral cluster methods of leaving spikelet tip combined with remaining the first and second basal branch can be used.2.Treated with GA3 and different concentrations of CPPU 7 d after blossoming,the results showed that:compared with the control,each treatment can significantly increase the vertical and horizontal diameter of the fruit and single fruit weight,promote fruit expansion,reduce fruit shape index,soluble solids and titratable acid content.Too high CPPU concentration will increase the titratable acid content of the fruit,and it is also not conducive to the coloring of the peel.Comprehensive comparative analysis showed that the fruit quality was better when treated with 25 mg/L GA3+5 mg/L or 10 mg/L CPPU 7 d after blossoming.3.Different concentrations of CPPU were used to treat the different floral cluster shapes of the’Shine Muscat’grape 7 d before blossoming.The results showed that the CPPU treatments before anthesis can promote the growth of the floral cluster,increase the distance between the berries,increase the vertical and horizontal diameter of the fruit,the shape index,and the quality of single fruit.The content of soluble solids in the fruit is reduced,and the content of titratable acid is increased.In a comprehensive comparison,it is recommended that the’Shine Muscat’grapes were treated with leaving spikelet tip and treated with 3 mg/L CPPU 7 d before blossoming. |
