"Jincunqiu" amino acid foliar fertilizer is a kind of new,efficient,harmless and pollution-free natural green fertilizer,which takes 5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA)as the main active ingredient and contains a variety of nutrients necessary for plant growth and development.At present,ALA has been found to promote plant growth and development,improve plant stress resistance,increase crop yield and improve crop quality,and these physiological roles of ALA has been confirmed in a variety of crops.These previous results suggest great application potential of ALA in agriculture.Strawberry(Fragaria × ananassa Duch.cv.)has high nutritional value and economic value,and is one of the indispensable fruits in people’s life.Peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.cv.)is an important oil crop and economic crop in China,as well as a kind of nut.However,to date,the application of "Jincunqiu" foliar fertilizer is still lack on strawberry and peanut.Here,the effects of "Jincunqiu" foliar fertilizer on strawberry and peanut were systematically studied in this study.The main results are as follows:Strawberry field experiment: The field experiment of strawberry was carried out in the plastic greenhouse of Jinmei House Farm in Jiangning District,Jiangsu Province from December 2020 to February 2021,we used ‘Benihoppe’ strawberry(F.ananassa Duch.cv.‘Benihoppe’)as materials,and set four treatments including water control,2000 diluted times of "Jincunqiu",750 diluted times of "Azoxystrobin",and 2000 diluted times of "Jincunqiu" + 750 diluted times of "Azoxystrobin"("Jincunqiu + Azoxystrobin").The treatment solutions were sprayed to the leaf to investigate the effects of "Jincunqiu" foliage fertilizer on strawberry leaf size,chlorophyll content,chlorophyll fast fluorescence characteristic,leaf mineral element content and fruit quality,the aim of this study was to provide a theoretical basis for the extensive use of "Jincunqiu" foliar fertilizer on strawberry.Results showed that both "Jincunqiu" foliar fertilizer and "Jincunqiu + Azoxystrobin" significantly promoted the growth of strawberry leaves,increased leaf chlorophyll content and photosynthetic performance,improved the fruit weight of strawberry,and at the same time improved the contents of soluble solids,soluble protein and Vc,soluble sugar,sucrose content in fruits,but reduced the fruit hardness and titratable acid content.Especially,both treatments increased the relative contents of fruit caproic acid methyl ester and 2,5-dimethyl-4-methoxy-3-(2H)-furanone which are two main aromatic components of strawberry.These results indicated that these two treatments significantly improved the growth and development of strawberry plants and eventually enhanced fruit quality,of which the effect of "Jincunqiu" treatment was more obvious.The treatment of "Azoxystrobin" alone showed no significant difference with the control.Therefore,it was suggested that we could choose to use "Jincunqiu" alone or together with "Azoxystrobin" based on the healthy status of plants in strawberry production.Peanut field experiment: we first use ‘Yuhua-3’(A.hypogaea L.cv.‘Yuhua-3’)and‘Heifeng’ peanuts(A.hypogaea L.cv.‘Heifeng’)as materials and set two treatments,the experiment was carried out in 2020 in Beilinquan Village,Mengzhou City,Henan Province.In the control group,peanut seeds were dressed with "water + thiamethoxam oxazine 200 times dilution" before being sowed and seedlings were sprayed water during the experiments.For the treatment group,seeds were dressed with "Jincunqiu 2000 times dilution + Thiamethoxam oxazine 200 times dilution" and the seedlings were sprayed "Jincunqiu 2000 times dilution" during the experiment.The treatment solutions were respecitively sprayed to the leaves of strawberry at the beginning of peanut seedling stage,flowering and full fruiting stages.This experiment aimed to investigate the effect of "Jincunqiu" foliar fertilizer on peanut plant morphology,chlorophyll content,chlorophyll fluorescence,mineral element content,yield and quality.Results showed that at spraying "Jincunqiu" foliage fertilizer at the beginning of peanut seedling stage,flowering and full fruiting spraying increased the chlorophyll content,improved the plant photosynthetic effect,promoted plant the height and stem diameter growth of the main stem,made plants more strong and lodging resistant.Besides,"Jincunqiu" treatment increased the K,Cu and Fe contents of leaves,improved peanut yield and the fullness of the peanut,and enhanced the fat,soluble sugar and free amino acid contents in peanut kernels.These results indicated that "Jincunqiu" foliar fertilizer could improve the photosynthetic performance,yield and quality of peanut.At the same time,the field experiment of peanut was carried out in Louzhang Village,Gu Pei Town,Mingguang City,Anhui Province,with ’Baisha 1016’(A.hypogaea L.cv.’Baisha 1016’)peanut was used as material to study the effect of spraying2000 times diluent of "Jincunqiu" foliar fertilizer on the yield and quality of peanut.The results showed that "Jincunqiu" foliar fertilizer could also significantly increase the yield per plant and fruit satiation rate of peanut,and improved the quality of peanut.The effect of spraying "Jincunqiu" twice was more significant.In summary,the above results showed that the application of "Jincunqiu" foliar fertilizer could effectively improve the photosynthetic capacity of strawberry and peanut,promote the growth,and finally improve the yield and quality.This study provided a theoretical basis for the application of "Jincunqiu" foliar fertilizer in the production of strawberry and peanut.
