Effect Of "Jincunqiu" Foliar Fertilizer On The Quality Of Tunisian Soft-seeds Pomegranate

"Jincunqiu" foliar fertilizer is a new type of environmentally friendly and efficient water-soluble amino acid leaf developed by taking 5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA)as the main active ingredient and adding various mineral elements required for plant nutrition.leaven.Once it came out,it has been widely used in agricultural production.Studies have shown that it can promote photosynthesis of plant leaves,improve crop quality and increase yield,and also has outstanding performance in improving plant stress resistance.As an important functional fruit,pomegranate has extremely high nutritional,medicinal,ornamental and economic value.Among them,the ’Tunisia soft-seeds’ is deeply loved by consumers for its unique flavor,sweet and sour juicy,and edible grain.In this experiment,the ’Tunisia soft-seeds’ pomegranate was used as the test material,and the leaves were sprayed in the form of foliar spray at the middle and late flowering period,respectively.Spray on pomegranate leaves until one month before the fruit ripens,and use clean water as a control.Each treatment is sprayed 5 times in total to study the effects of "Jincunqiu" on pomegranate growth,relative chlorophyll content and fluorescence effects,and leaf minerals.The influence of element content;the focus is on the influence of "Jincunqiu" on the soluble solids,titratable acid,soluble protein,vitamin C and anthocyanin content of pomegranate large,medium and small fruits,and the mineral element content of the peel.It aims to provide theoretical basis and data support for the application of "Jincunqiu" foliage fertilizer in pomegranate production.The main test results are as follows:1.The relative chlorophyll content of pomegranate leaves can be significantly increased after treatment with different concentrations of "Jincunqiu" leaf fertilizer,and the data measured twice after treatment for 10 d and 20 d show that "Jincunqiu" is effective The effect of increasing the relative chlorophyll content of leaves can be maintained for at least 20 days.From the leaf chlorophyll fluorescence rapid induction curve(0-J-I-P),it can be seen that the P phase fluorescence value after foliar fertilizer treatment is higher than that of the control,and the effect of increasing the fluorescence yield of the PSII reaction center is the best when it is diluted by 2500 times.Different treatment concentrations have different effects on fluorescence parameters.The appropriate concentration "Jincunqiu" can significantly reduce the initial fluorescence yield,increase the maximum fluorescence yield and the maximum photochemical quantum yield of PSII,and reduce the inhibition degree and QA of the oxygen release complex at the donor side of the PSII reaction center.The maximum rate of reduction and the quantum ratio for heat dissipation significantly improve the probability of electron transfer,the maximum fluorescence efficiency,the quantum yield of absorbed light energy for electron transfer,and the photosynthetic performance index.At the same time,the contents of the macro elements N,P,K,Ca,Mg,S and the trace elements Cu,Fe,Zn,Mn,and B in the leaves have also been increased to a certain extent.In general,the medium concentration of "Jincunqiu"(diluted by 2500,2000 times)makes the leaf fluorescence more efficient,and the high concentration promotes the accumulation of mineral elements in the leaves more significantly.2."Jincunqiu" leaf fertilizer also has varying degrees of impact on the quality of pomegranate fruit.The specific results are as follows:(1)High-concentration treatment slightly reduces the peel thickness of large fruits,and has little effect on medium and small fruits.(2)The 100-kernel weight of the grains can be significantly increased when the treatments are diluted 2500 times and 2000 times,and the 100-kernel weight of large fruit seeds reaches the maximum when the treatments are diluted 3000 times.(3)The medium concentration can increase the soluble solids and soluble sugar content of pomegranate.When the concentration is low,the titratable acid content of the large fruit and the middle fruit is reduced,and when the concentration is high,it increases.For small fruit,different concentrations The "Jincunqiu" can reduce the acid content,change the sugar-acid ratio,and enrich the taste of the fruits.(4)Treatments with different concentrations can increase the soluble protein content in the fruit,and the increase is even higher at high concentrations.(5)High-concentration "Jincunqiu" foliar fertilizer can increase the content of Ca in the pericarp,and at low concentration,it can also significantly increase the content of B in large and medium fruits.In general,different concentrations of "Jincunqiu" leaf fertilizer can improve the quality of "Tunisian soft seed" pomegranate to varying degrees.When diluted 2500 times and 2000 times,it is the most economical and effective spray concentration.
