This experiment selected the dominant strawberry varieties in Hohhot.We use three kinds of strawberries,Hongyan,Zhangji and Monterey,as experimental varieties,applied the selenium and titanium fertilizers on the foliar surface to observe the growth characteristics of the plants and test the fruit quality and leaf related indicators,in order to screen out the optimum selenium concentration and titanium concentration in accordance with the growth and development of different strawberries in Hohhot and surrounding areas.Applying sonic technology to greenhouse greenhouses to explore the effects of specific wavelength,frequency,loudness and other audio factors on strawberry growth and development.The main findings are as follows:(1)Foliar application of amino acid selenium fertilizer can increase the selenium content of strawberry fruit,and the absorption of selenium by different strawberry varieties is different.At the concentration of 0.33ml/L selenium fertilizer,the selenium content of the fruits of the three kinds of strawberry,including 7.9mg/kg 18.7 g/kg and 12.7 g/kg,reached the highest.(2)After spraying different concentrations of selenium fertilizer,the plant growth and fruit quality of strawberry were improved,which could significantly improve the fruit firmness,soluble solids,reducing sugar,solid-acid ratio,Vc,anthocyanin and other fruits of three varieties of strawberry.Quality,reducing the titratable acid content and increasing the leaf pigment content.The fruit quality of all three strawberries was the best at 0.33ml/L selenium concentration,followed by 0.50ml/L.(3)Based on the selenium content,growth status and fruit quality of three varieties of strawberries,we obtained 0.33ml/L amino acid selenium fertilizer concentration suitable for the growth and development of greenhouse strawberries in Hohhot,which can be used as a promotion concentration.(4)After spraying different concentrations of titanium fertilizer on the leaves,both the red and Monterey strawberry growth and fruit quality increased.The quality of strawberry fruit under the application of 1.17mg/L titanium fertilizer was the best,and the relevant indexes such as fruit shape index,soluble solids,reducing sugar,solid acid ratio,vitamin C,anthocyanin and leaf pigment content reached the highest.The titratable acid content has a certain degree of reduction;the fruit quality is second in the concentration of 0.875 mg/L and 1.75 mg/L.(5)Under the sonic treatment with peak value of 5m,frequency of 1000Hz,intensity of 100db and triangular wave as parameters,the growth and fruit quality of red strawberry were effectively improved.The leaf pigment content,fruit shape index,soluble solids,reducing sugar content and solid acid ratio of strawberry increased significantly,and fruit firmness and titratable acid content decreased significantly.
