| Chrysanthemum(Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.)originated in China and is one of the ten famous traditional flowers in China and four cut flowers in the world.At present,chrysanthemum cultivation is developing in the direction of scale,industrialization and intensification,and facility cultivation has become one of the main cultivation modes.Drip fertilization with integrated water and fertilizer can reduce the waste of resources,improve the utilization efficiency of fertilizer,and realize the precise control of water and fertilizer.It is one of the important cultivation measures to achieve high-quality and efficient production of chrysanthemum.Calcium,magnesium and sulfur are important medium elements for plant growth,which participate in various life activities of plants and play an important role in the quality formation of cut chrysanthemum.Therefore,studying the fertilization requirements and absorption rules of medium and micro elements of chrysanthemum under the condition of water and fertilizer integration is of great significance for further improving the quality of chrysanthemum,reducing resource waste and efficient cultivation.In this experiment,the effects of medium amount of calcium,magnesium and sulfur on the growth and quality of cut chrysanthemum‘Qinhuai Yulian’were studied under the conditions of water and fertilizer integration,in order to provide the best fertilization plan for the efficient cultivation of cut chrysanthemum‘Qinhuai Yulian’.Twelve treatments were set up in orthogonal design to study the effects of different Ca,Mg and S treatments on the growth indexes of the plant,root growth indexes and the changes of nutrient content and nutrient accumulation in different organs of the cut chrysanthemum‘Qinhuai Yulian’during the whole growth period.The main results are as follows:1.An appropriate amount of Ca,Mg and S can promote the growth of‘Qinhuai Yulian’cut chrysanthemum,and significantly improve the agronomic traits and appearance quality of the plant.Among them,Ca2Mg2S2 treatment(Ca:80 mg/plant,Mg:40 mg/plant,S:75 mg/plant)makes the best chrysanthemum.During flowering stage,the plant height,stem diameter,root fresh weight,stem fresh weight,leaf fresh weight,root dry weight,stem dry weight and leaf dry weight of the treated plants were increased by 68.99%,87.14%,200.00%,359.91%,342.56%,244.00%,350.96%and225.59%compared with CK(single application of NPK);corolla diameter,corolla height,fresh/dry weight and stem height of the plants were significantly increased by34.51%,25.66%,81.53%,103.58%and 66.17%,compared with CK(single application of N,P and K).It is recommended that the best fertilization scheme for the whole growth period of cut chrysanthemum‘Qinhuai Yulian’is Ca:80 mg/plant,Mg:40mg/plant and S:75 mg/plant.2.It was found that the application of Ca,Mg and S could increase the contents of N,P,K,Ca,Mg and S in the roots,stems,leaves and flowers of the cut chrysanthemum‘Qinhuai Yulian’.After applying Ca:80 mg/plant,Mg:40 mg/plant and S:75 mg/plant,the contents and accumulation of N,P,K,Ca,Mg and S in each organ of‘Qinhuai Yulian’are higher,and the plant is at its best.Compared with CK,the total nitrogen content of root,stem,leaf and flower at flowering stage increased by 75.00%,3.82%,26.22%and 39.68%,respectively;total phosphorus content increased by 92.34%,211.21%,70.33%and 45.21%,respectively;the total potassium content increased by30.78%,54.63%,43.11%and 29.06%,respectively.The optimal application of Ca,Mg and S was Ca:80 mg/plant,Mg:40 mg/plant and S:75 mg/plant,which could increase the nutrient content and accumulation of‘Qinhuai Yulian’and significantly promote the plant growth.3.Calcium,magnesium and sulfur(Ca:80 mg/plant,Mg:40 mg/plant,S:75mg/plant)could promote the growth of total root length,total root surface area,average root diameter,total root volume,number of root tip and number of root forks of cut chrysanthemum‘Qinhuai Yulian’.During reproductive period,the indexes of this treatment were increased by 2.25%,25.77%,25.40%,56.12%,65.56%and 9.15%,respectively.The addition of trace elements(Ca2Mg2S2Fe2B2 treatment)could promote the growth of total root length,total root surface area,total root volume,number of root tips and number of root forks at the flowering stage,and each index at the flowering stage is increased by 57.92%,49.93%,39.35%,61.25%and 49.78%,compared with CK.In conclusion,in the whole growth period of cut chrysanthemum‘Qinhuai Yulian’,the treatments that made the root growth better are Ca2Mg2S2(Ca:80 mg/plant,mg:40mg/plant,S:75 mg/plant)and Ca2Mg2S2Fe2B2(Ca:80 mg/plant,mg:40 mg/plant,S:75 mg/plant,Fe:50 mg/treatment,B:75 mg/treatment). |
