penetration of water layers.There is a lack of certification system and relevant regulations for the detection of fish lamps.The fish lamp market requires standardized and specialized testing laboratories to establish a detection system for fish lamp lamps.With economic development and continuous progress in science and technology,the demand for fish lamp lamps is also increasing,especially in coastal cities.With the gradual improvement of the overall level of the domestic quality inspection industry,various qualification certification work has also been carried out,Laboratory certification is currently the most representative and authoritative certification project in China,mainly targeting testing and calibration laboratories in different industries.It comprehensively evaluates basic management,technical level,equipment situation,and personnel composition to form the final certification results.The requirements for lighting equipment and lighting technology are also increasing,and high energy consumption has been replaced by energy conservation and environmental protection.Universities are the birthplace of scientific research,and certification of university laboratories is imperative in universities.The testing equipment and experimental equipment are complete,and the testing technology of university laboratories needs to be standardized.Therefore,Shanghai Ocean University’s Fish Lamp Evaluation Laboratory,as a university laboratory responsible for testing fish lamp products and guiding the fish lamp industry to standardize,aims to provide lower energy consumption and screen higher quality fish lamp products,To enhance competitiveness in the fishing lamp lighting product industry,standardize the light induced fishing industry,and carry out certification work in the fishing lamp evaluation laboratory of Shanghai Ocean University.This study conducted research on the certification of the Fish Lamp Evaluation Laboratory at Shanghai Ocean University,and recorded the plan and arrangement for the start of the certification system.Focusing on the project progress to ensure the effective implementation and progress of certification,the development of photometric parameter measurement work in the certification research system is closely related to the testing of lamps.In the certification project of the National Engineering and Technology Research Center’s Fish Lamp Laboratory at Shanghai Ocean University,we are committed to product quality certification and system construction of fish lamp lamps,thereby increasing the authority and professionalism of the testing laboratory and providing a solid foundation for talent cultivation.The certification system research consists of a photometric parameter measurement experiment section,analyzing experimental lamp data,optimizing and controlling the progress of laboratory certification,and accurately analyzing the status of the certification system.The research on the photometric parameter measurement and evaluation method for the certification of the fish lamp evaluation laboratory system analyzed the problems faced in the current laboratory certification process,and conducted research and analysis on the project progress.It can ensure the operation of the university laboratory from the perspectives of safety,quality,efficiency,and compliance,the reliability of the data provided by the laboratory,and promote the specialization and standardization of the laboratory,In order to improve the scientific research ability and experimental detection efficiency of the laboratory.Standardize the detection process of fish lamps and lanterns to ensure the reliability,authenticity,and authority of the detection data.The main research findings are as follows:(1)Theoretical methods and research related to the certification of the Jiyu Lamp Evaluation Laboratory.By analyzing the concept and characteristics of certification,the main content and testing items of certification,an overview of the Jiyu Lamp Evaluation Laboratory is described,and a plan is made for the composition and allocation of personnel under the certification project.According to the certification content and process,the goal is to apply for the detection of lamp coefficients in the Jiyu Lamp Evaluation Laboratory,Establish an organizational plan for laboratory system construction and safety management.Applying authentication methods to the certification research of the fish lamp evaluation laboratory can improve the effectiveness of the research,and also lay the foundation for subsequent certification work and research,enriching ideas and methods.(2)The fish lamp evaluation laboratory conducts relevant experiments,with reference to standards for water lamps and underwater lamps.The experimental operation of water lamps is tested through integrating sphere experiments and distribution photometers,analyzing the luminous flux and color temperature in photometric parameters.The underwater lamp experiment is conducted by studying the illuminance value of underwater lamps.The research results show that the reliability and standardization of measurement can be improved by testing photometric illuminance at different angles and times.The improvement of lamp performance and the standardization of lamp parameters play a certain role in different angles.(3)The research on the certification work of the Jiyudeng Evaluation Laboratory is carried out by analyzing the assurance of certification research and results from the aspects of certification process,certification progress,and certification progress control.Through certification control measures,the organization,management,and economy are guaranteed,ensuring the efficiency and orderliness of the certification progress.In order to control the certification progress,the Jiyudeng Evaluation Laboratory’s certification analysis and improvement of the certification progress are achieved,Efficient certification is achieved through reasonable and compliant release.In summary,conducting experiments on the lighting fixtures in the fish lamp evaluation laboratory can improve the efficiency of lighting fixtures,reduce energy consumption,and save energy.Research on laboratory certification can save costs,improve quality,and increase efficiency.We have improved the research level of new fish lamps for detection and management,established a safe and effective management system,improved laboratory management,quality control level,and technical capabilities,ensured calibration and testing capabilities,improved the authenticity and standardization of detection data in the fish lamp industry,promoted the certification progress of the fish lamp evaluation laboratory,and enhanced the professionalism and authority of the laboratory. |
