Present Situation Analysis And Sustainable Development Countermeasure Research Of Forestry Industry In Arshan City

Forestry industry in Arshan region occupies an important position in forestry planning of Hinggan League of Inner Mongolia and has made great progress in recent years,making great contributions to economic construction of Hinggan League of Inner Mongolia.However,the forestry ecosystem in Arshan region is relatively weak for a long time,and the rich forest resources in this region play far insufficient role in promoting economic and social development.This thesis takes the forestry industry of Arshan City as the research object,mainly refers to the relevant data of Arshan Forestry Bureau,uses the grey correlation analysis method to analyze the correlation between the tertiary industry and the internal sub-industry and the tertiary industry and the total forestry industry,analyzes and studies the forestry industry in this region,and deeply analyzes the development advantages and disadvantages of the forestry industry in this region.And put forward the countermeasure of sustainable development of forestry industry in Arshan City.The main results are as follows.1.The forestry industry structure of Arshan City is in a "two,one and three" pattern,that is,in the contribution degree of Arshan forestry industry from 2015 to 2021,the correlation degree between the output value of the secondary forestry industry and the total forestry output value is the highest,0.8952,and the correlation degree between the output value of the primary forestry industry and the total forestry output value is the second,0.8772.The correlation between the output value of the tertiary industry and the total output value of the forestry was the lowest,which was 0.529,indicating that the secondary industry played the largest role in the forestry construction with the highest contribution,while the tertiary industry played the least role with the lowest contribution.In the primary industry of forestry,the planting and collection of economic forest products,the cultivation and planting of forest trees,and the harvesting and transportation of wood had the greatest correlation with the output value,and the correlation degrees were 0.9048,0.8546 and0.8461,respectively.In the secondary industry of forestry,rattan furniture manufacturing,wood processing and wood products manufacturing,and chemical products manufacturing of forest products had the highest correlation with 0.9256,0.8868 and 0.8530,respectively.In the tertiary industry of forestry,the correlation of ecological service and tourism and leisure business is the highest,with the correlation degree of 0.9009 and 0.8448.The development of other sub-industries needs to be further strengthened.2.From 2015 to 2021,the total output value of forestry in Arshan City maintains a relatively stable growth rate,increasing gradually with obvious growth potential.From the perspective of various industries,the development of the primary industry is relatively stable,and the healthy development of the primary industry is in line with the strategic requirements of the forestry development of Arshan City.To some extent,it will affect the ecological balance of Arshan and restrict the forestry development of Arshan.The development speed of the secondary industry is relatively slow,which reflects that each subsystem within the industry has not given play to its own advantages,which also shows that the science and technology production of Arshan city is relatively backward,lack of special talents and other problems.The tertiary industry has developed vigorously,becoming the biggest highlight of Arshan forestry development,which has explored a new way for the adjustment of industrial structure,precise poverty alleviation of farmers and protection of natural resources.3.In recent years,the overall industrial structure of Arshan City has been adjusted and optimized,but the process is relatively slow.The structure of the primary industry of forestry gradually tends to be reasonable,and the development of forestry should be realized.Emphasis should be placed on the development of timber resources,which are essential for the future development of a country or region,affecting not only the production capacity at the present stage,but also directly the future development trend.Rich timber resources help to ensure the normal development of forestry projects,continue to accelerate social construction,and fully meet the practical needs of the general public.The emphasis of forestry development is to rely on economic forest with high investment and high yield,attach importance to economic forest creation and later maintenance management activities,which is also the main basic elements to accelerate the sustainable construction of forestry.After ensuring the basic elements of the natural environment,the use of cultivation and planting to get high-benefit economic forest,fully demonstrate the advantages of resources,can continue to accelerate the stable development of social economy.To adjust and optimize the industrial structure,the construction of leading industry is the focus.To speed up the stable development of economy,adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure is the core issue.4.According to the development advantages and existing problems of forestry industry in Arshan City,countermeasures for sustainable development of forestry industry in Arshan City are put forward.(1)Consolidate the basic position of forestry as the primary industry;(2)increase scientific and
