Aide Fat is that a functional additive is mainly composed of compound probiotics and non-starch polysaccharides enzyme(NSP enzyme).this product has the characteristics of green,natural,pollution-free,etc.The product can enhance apparent digestibility, antioxidant properties and improve immunity and so on that can effectively raise livestock and poultry productivity. In this experiment, different levels of products were added to the basic diet of growing pigs to explore its effects on growth performance, serum antioxidant and immune indexes of growing pigs.Prediction of the Aide Fat as a green additive in pig production to provide theoretical basis and data support.A total of 160 healthy"Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire"crossbred pigs with similar body-weight of(35±0.5 kg)were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 10 pigs(half male and half female)per replicate. The main components were lactobacillus acidophilus(8×10~8 CFU/g),Streptococcus faecalis(8×10~8CFU/g),Bacillus subtilis(8×10~8CFU/g),xylanase(2500μ/g),β-glucanase(1000β/g),cellulase(1000μ/g),pectinase(120μ/g).The control group was fed a basal diet, and the other groups were fed with:250 mg/kg,500 mg/kg and 750 mg/kg Aide Fat were pressed for 7 days, and the normal feeding period was 28 days.Feces and feed samples were collected 3 days before the end of the experiment to determine the apparent digestibility of nutrients.Fasting blood was collected on the morning of the 28th day,and one pig from each replicate was randomly collected from the anterior vena cava.It is used to measure the serum antioxidant and immune indexes of pigs.Experimental results show that:Growth performance:compared with the control group, adding 500 mg/kg and 750mg/kg Aide Fat significantly increased the average daily gain of growing pigs(P<0.05).Apparent digestibility:compared with the control group, adding 750 mg/kg Aide Fat significantly increased the apparent digestibility of crude fiber(P<0.05).Adding 250 mg/kg,500 mg/kg and 750 mg/kg Aide fertilizer significantly increased the apparent digestibility of P and gross energy of growing pigs(P<0.05).(3)Serum biochemical indices:compared with the control group, adding 750 mg/kg Aide Fat significantly increased the serum glucose content of growing pigs(P<0.05).(4)Antioxidant indices:Compared with the control group, diets supplemented with 250,500 and 750 mg/kg Aide Fat tended to increase the serum glutathione peroxidase activity of growing pigs(P=0.076).Compared with the control group, adding different levels of AIde fertilizer had no significant effects on the activities of catalase, malondialdehyde and superoxide dismutase in the serum of pigs(P>0.05).(5)Immune indexes:compared with the control group, the supplementation of 250mg/kg,500 mg/kg and 750 mg/kg Aide Fat had no significant effects on the contents of Ig A,Ig G and Ig M in serum of growing pigs(P>0.05).In conclusion,Aide Fat can significantly improve the growth performance and apparent digestibility of certain nutrients in growing pigs, and improve certain serum biochemical parameters of growing pigs, but has no significant effect on antioxidant performance and immunity.According to the effects of different levels of Aide Fat in the comprehensive diet on the above aspects of growing pigs, the optimal supplemental level of Aide Fat in this experiment is 500 mg/kg for growing pigs.
