experiment was to study the effects of Lianhua Qingwen fermentation residue on the production performance, slaughter performance, meat quality and serum biochemical indexes of white feather broilers.Taking Hubbard broilers as the experimental object,600 healthy white feather broilers with similar weight at the age of 1 day were selected and randomly divided into 4 treatments. Each treatment was set with 6 repetitions, with 25 chickens(13 cocks and 12 hens)in each repetition. The feeding mode of online flat feeding was adopted, and the feeding experiment period was 6 weeks. The broilers in the control group were fed the basic diet, the unfermented 1%group was fed the diet supplemented with 1.0% unfermented lotus pesticidal residue in the basic diet, and the fermentation 1% group and fermentation 2% group were fed the experimental diet supplemented with 1.0% and 2.0% fermented lotus pesticidal residue in the basic diet respectively. At the end of the experiment, two animals were repeatedly taken for slaughter after weighing, the slaughter performance and meat quality were measured, and the serum was collected for experimental analysis. The test results show that:(1)There was no significant difference in daily feed intake, daily gain, feed meat ratio and dead Amoy rate between 1 and 20 days of age(P>0.05).At the age of11-20 days, there was significant difference in feed meat ratio among groups(P<0.05).During the whole period of the experiment, there were significant differences in daily feed intake, daily gain and feed meat ratio among each group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the addition of fermented drug residue could not only improve the daily feed intake of white feather broilers, but also significantly increase the daily gain of white feather broilers. The 1% fermentation group increased by 5.63%,and the 2% fermentation group increased by 2.70%;At the same time, the average feed meat ratio decreased by 4.62% in the unfermented 1% group,3.47% in the fermented1% group and 1.73% in the fermented 2% group.(2)From the results of slaughter performance, although there was no significant difference among the groups(P>0.05),the slaughter rate, semi clean bore rate, chest muscle rate, chicken wing rate, chest muscle rate and leg muscle rate of white feather broilers in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the abdominal fat rate was lower.(3)By analyzing the immune organ index data of broilers, there was no significant difference among the groups(P>0.05).The spleen index and bursa index of broilers in the fermented material group were slightly higher than those in the control group.(4)According to the meat quality data, the experimental group increased the yellowness(b)and brightness(L)value and pH of pectoral and leg muscles to varying degrees, and reduced the drip loss and shear force; There was significant difference in redness(a)among the groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the redness(a)of pectoral muscle increased by 49.45% and that of leg muscle increased by28.91%.(5)In this experiment, the concentrations of catalase(CAT)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in the experimental group increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the catalase(CAT)in the unfermented 1% group increased by 9.54%,the catalase(CAT)in the fermentation 1% group increased by7.51%,and the catalase(CAT)in the fermentation 2% group increased by 13.58%;Glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)increased by 13.67% in unfermented 1% group,16.90% in fermented 1% group and 1.49% in fermented 2% group; The concentration of total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)in the experimental group increased to a certain extent, and the concentration of malondialdehyde(MDA)decreased.(6)There were significant differences in alkaline phosphatase(ALP),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and total bilirubin(T-Bil)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the alkaline phosphatase(ALP),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and total bilirubin(T-Bil)in the 1% fermentation group decreased by 42.43%,13.13% and3.80% respectively, and the alkaline phosphatase(ALP),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and total bilirubin(T-Bil)in the 2% fermentation group decreased by 46.99%,23.16%and 6.57% respectively. To sum up,adding lotus Qingwen fermented drug residue to the diet of white feather broilers can significantly improve its production performance. In terms of daily weight gain, the effect of fermented drug residue is better than that of unfermented drug residue, and the effect of 1% added fermented drug residue is the best;At the same time, fermented drug residue can effectively improve meat quality, improve the antioxidant capacity of the body, increase the immunity of the body, and has the effect of protecting the liver. In general, the effect of adding 1% fermented drug residue is better. |
