Risk Control In Landscape Engineering Construction

With the improvement of China’s economic development level,landscape technology has gradually evolved.Today’s landscape technology is not only greening,but also a more comprehensive and modern combination of cultural and artistic quality.However,due to the high standard and complexity of landscape projects under the new quality conditions,the management of landscape projects is facing great challenges.Garden landscape is an era of rapid development,from the original simple greening project to high-quality artistic garden project.According to higher aesthetic requirements,there are many restrictions on landscape technology,the amount of landscape technology is also increasing,and the competition between landscape construction companies is intensifying.Coupled with the immaturity of the landscape market,it brings great risks to the landscape design.If the environmental architecture can not be effectively solved according to the current development problems,the development process of the environmental architecture industry will become complex.Considering the complexity and risk of the landscape project,taking the landscape project of bailuijing central living area as an example,starting with the theory of landscape project risk management,combined with the risk classification and control methods of landscape project,this paper discusses the methods of identifying risks,and uses the theory of index system construction according to the current development of environmental system structure and the actual situation of bailuijing central living area environmental system structure project Analyze the hierarchical process and comprehensive assessment,and build an effective assessment and measurement system in line with the environmental architectureAccording to the establishment of risk assessment index system and risk assessment model of landscape construction,this paper provides specific risk management and suggestions for landscape construction in bairuijing central living area.This study not only effectively and systematically evaluated the risk of landscape engineering,but also analyzed the landscape technology of bairuijing central living area,introduced advanced risk management theory and risk assessment method,and put forward building risk management and suggestions.The research of this paper is expected to become a reference suggestion to improve the level of landscape technology risk management in China.
