With the development of domestic hydraulic excavator technology and the advancement of farmland suitable for mechanization,hydraulic excavators have broad application prospects in the agricultural field and are in great demand.The energy crisis and gradually strict emission regulations have made the research on energy saving and emission reduction of hydraulic excavators become an important research topic for scientific researchers.Computer simulation technology can provide complete and accurate analysis for the design and development of hydraulic excavators,and is an important means of energy-saving research,system optimization and design of excavators.This project comes from the Top Ten Technical Research Projects in Hunan Province-"Technical Research on Digital Prototype of Construction Machinery and Digital Twin Technology".This paper takes the SWE335 F hydraulic excavator as the research object,and conducts modeling and simulation research on the hydraulic system of the excavator.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The development of hydraulic excavators in China and abroad and the research status of hydraulic system simulation technology are reviewed.The structural composition,working principle and energy loss of the hydraulic system of the excavator are analyzed.(2)The system characteristics and working principle of the hydraulic system are analyzed,which provides theoretical support for the model building.The control types of the hydraulic pump are discussed,and the characteristics of the hydraulic pump and its control system are analyzed.Analyze the working principle of the multi-way valve system,the force of the valve core and the flow area of the orifice.(3)According to the control characteristics of the hydraulic pump,the working principle of the multi-way valve and the structural parameters of the main valve,the hydraulic pump control model and the multi-way valve system model are established.The movement law of the working device is analyzed,and the working device model and assembly model composed of the plane mechanism mechanical-hydraulic are built,so that the simulation process can express the movement of the working device intuitively.Finally,according to the hydraulic schematic diagram,a simulation model of the hydraulic system of the excavator is built.(4)The test under the single-action condition of the hydraulic excavator is carried out,and the measured data is analyzed.The AMESim model is used to simulate the single action of the excavator working device,and the correctness of the model is proved by the comparison between the simulation results and the measured data.(5)Using the built hydraulic system model,the composite action of the hydraulic excavator is simulated and studied.The dynamic distribution diagram of the force and power of the next working device under the compound action is obtained,and the energy loss of the hydraulic pump and each working device in different stages is analyzed.In this paper,the AMESim software is used to build the simulation model of the hydraulic system of the SWE335 F excavator,and the working performance test of the excavator working device is carried out,and the simulation model is checked.This research provides a method and model reference for excavator performance simulation.
