As functional rice,red rice is favored by consumers.The yield and quality of different red rice varieties varied greatly.In this study,six local red rice varieties(lines)in Lishui were used as experimental materials(Jiafengyou NO.3 and Huazhongyou NO.1 as the control),to analyze and compare the differences of agronomic traits and quality traits of each variety(line),and to select the red rice varieties(lines)with high yield and excellent quality by TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method.Quantitative RT-PCR was used to analyze the relative expression levels of anthocyanin synthesis-related genes in panicle and leaves of red rice at maturity stage,so as to preliminarily explore the mechanism of anthocyanin content differences.The main results obtained in this thesis are as follows:1.Compared with the control,the seed coat color of all the tested varieties(lines)showed different degrees of red,the plant heights was significantly higher than those of the former.It was found that some yield characters,such as tillering number,effective tillering number and seed setting rate,were significantly better than the control when the red rice varieties(lines)were planted together with the control on low fertility farmland.But the thousand-grain weight was the opposite.The thousand-grain quality of Heiyigu and Yunhezao in red rice varieties(lines)was relatively high.2.It was found that the grain type of red rice varieties(lines)was oval in appearance quality.In terms of cooking quality,the consistency of red rice was higher than that of the control,and greater than6 cm,which belonged to soft rice.In terms of nutritional quality,vitamin C content and anthocyanin content of red rice varieties were higher than those of control.3.The plant height,effective tiller,seed setting rate per plant,1000-grain weight,vitamin C content and anthocyanin content of rice were evaluated comprehensively in the two experimental years of the tested red rice varieties(lines).It was found that Yunhezao ranked first and Dajie huang second.4.The relative expression levels of some structural genes and regulatory genes in the mature panicle and leaves of Chifeng,Chigu,Yunhezao,Heiyigu and Jiafengyou NO.3 were measured.It was found that the measured genes were expressed in panicle and leaves of rice,but the expression differences among different varieties(lines)were different.In the panicle of Chifeng,Chigu and Yunhezao,the relative expression levels of related genes in anthocyanin precursor flavonoid synthesis pathway were increased compared with Jiafengyou NO.3,and most of them reached a significant level.Meanwhile,the expression of Oskala4 and OsTTG1,the upstream regulatory genes of Chigu and Yunhezao,were significantly increased compared with that of Jiafengyou NO.3.
