It not only has abundant useful elements beneficial to human body such as selenium, iron, zinc and so on; at the same time, red rice also contains protein, vitamins, amino acids and other nutrients; cyanine glycosides, alkaloids and flavonoids and other bioactive substances be good to the human body also has a special effect in red rice. So it is necessary to carry out the red rice materials research and utilization, the study has very important significance. Research about red rice has achieved a series of results:This paper aimed to the red rice material improvement and utilization of heterosis in order to get some good combinations, and at the same time studed the relation between mineral elements and anthocyanins in red rice.7sterile lines (A2to A7are red rice) were crossed with7restorer lines (R3to R7are red rice) by NCâ…¡ design to make49combinations, the6agronomic traits and6quality traits of heterosis and combining ability was analyzed. All combinations and their parents anthocyanins content were analysed, selected typical parents to got the relationship between anthocyanins and mineral elements, the following are the results:1ã€Analyzed the heterosis,the combining ability and heritability of6agronomic traits,we can find that all the6agronomic traits had large range and the comparison and heterobeltiosis were abvious. Seed setting rate performed the stongerest heterobeltiosis, effective panicles, plant height, total grains per panicle and1000-grain weight had obvious negative heterosis. The effective panicles had the largest comparison advantage, meanwhile the number of grains per panicle, filled grains per panicle and1000-grain weight had negative comparison. Both the general and special combining ability achieves very significant correlation except the1000-grain weight, plant height are greatly influenced by additive effect, effective spike affected both by the additive and the non-additive effect and the other characters were influenced by the non-additive effect. Sterile lines compared with restorer lines had greatly influence; There was no relationship between parent general combining ability and combinations special combining ability. Narrow sense heritability was:PH> EPP> TGP> FGP>TGW> SSR.2ã€Analyzed the heterosis,the combining ability and heritability of6quality traits,we can find that all of them are obvious heterosis, the chalkiness score and chalk rice rate performed the positive heterobeltiosis, length/breadth ratio and kernel length were both negative heterobeltiosis. length/breadth ratio, the chalkiness score and chalk rice rate performed the positive competitive advantage, kernel length and percentage of milled rice had the most negative competitive advantage. except the chalkiness score, other quality traits of general combining ability and special combining ability variance both achieves very significant correlation; Gene additive effect had lager effect on the chalkiness score and chalk rice rate, the percentage of brown rice, percentage of milled rice and kernel length all effected by the non-additive effect, while the length/breadth ratio influence by both the additive and non-additive. In the length/breadth ratio and kernel length restorer lines affected more,while for the percentage of brown rice, percentage of milled rice, the chalkiness score and chalk rice rate were affected more by sterile lines than by the restorer lines.
