Study On Bashang Long Tail Chicken And Its Cross Utilization

In order to further enhance the utilization of Bashang long tail chicken,the experiment was conducted on 0-42 week old Bashang long tail chicken,Leghorn chicken,Dongxiang black chicken and their hybrids with 100 hens.Study on its growth and development and laying of eggs.The experimental results showed that:1.early weight to weight ratio(1-10 weeks).The three yuan cross chicken was 2.83:1,while the Leghorn chickenin the early stage was 2.97:1,and the value of the Bashang long tail chicken,the Leghorn chicken and the two yuan cross chicken were similar.The ratios ranged from small to large in order: Leghorn chicken > two yuan cross chicken > Bashang long tail chicken > three yuan cross chicken.2.0-36 week age weight nonlinear fitting: Gompertz and Bertalanffy is over 0.97.Bertalanffy has the best fitting degree for long tail chicken and three way cross chicken(Bashang long tail chicken:R2=0.974,three way cross chicken: R2=0.971).Gompertz fitted the best weight for White Leghorn chicken and two-way cross chicken(Leghorn chicken: R2=0.987,two-way cross chicken: R2=0.964).The turning point of Bashang long tail chicken is 9.500,the weight of inflection point is 562.762 g,the turning point of Leghorn chicken is 8.620,and the weight of inflection point is 539.663 g.The turning point of two-way cross chicken was 8.068 and the inflection point was 538.086 g.The turning point of three way cross chicken was 8.038 and the inflection point was 513.508 g.3.Egg laying performance:(1)The average egg weight and the ratio of egg to egg,are: Leghorn chicken > three way cross chicken > two-way cross chicken > Bashang long tail chicken.Egg weight: two-way hybrid chicken advantage rate is 1.005,three way crass chicken superiority rate is 1.040.Material and egg ratio: two-way crass chicken advantage rate is 1.009,three way cross chicken superiority rate is 0.920.(2)The egg laying rate ranges : Leghorn chicken > two-way cross chicken > three yuan cross chicken > Bashang long tail chicken.The Heterosis rate of two-way cross chicken is 1.630,three way cross chicken is 0.940.It can be seen that the laying performance of long tail chicken is bad,and that of crossbred chicken is better than that of Bashang long tail chicken.The best laying performance is the Leghorn chicken.4.Egg quality:(1)Protein and eggshell quality,Leghorn chicken > three way cross > two-way cross > Bashang long tail chicken.(2)Egg yolk quality,long tail chicken on Bashang > three way cross > two-way cross > Leghorn chicken.(3)Egg weight was significantly positively correlated with eggshell weight,protein weight and yolk weight.Protein ratio was highly positively correlated with protein height and Haversian unit,and negatively correlated with egg yolk ratio.
