Clinical Study On Treatment Of Cough After Pulmonary Infection By Xinghuang Zhike Mixture

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and the drug in alleviating the symptoms of cough associated with cough,throat itching and other symptoms of the Xing huang cough mixture by treating the Wind-induced fever type of Post-infections cough,and to further explore the pathogenesis of cough after infection,It also provides a practical basis for the feasibility of its application.Methods : The subject selected 80 outpatients with Wind-induced fever type of Post-infectious Cough patients,A randomized controlled study,divided into the treatmentgroup(Xing huang cough mixture and Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules)and control group(Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules)of the 40 cases,take 7 days as 1 the course of treatment to observe cough disappearance time,and compared before and after treatment.Results:(1)The observation group:curing,excellence,utility,ineffective,total effective rate;the control group:curing,excellence,utility,ineffective,total effective rate,the two group difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).(2)The scores of second symptom after treatment in both groups showed a downward trend after treatment,indicating that both methods can relieve the symptoms of dry mouth,pharyngitis and nasal dryness(P <0.05),indicating that the difference between the two groups Statistically significant effect of the observation group than the control group.(3)No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the trial,indicating that the combination of apricot cough mixture with metoprolol capsules on wind-fever lung infection after cough clinical efficacy and no adverse side effects.(4)The overall efficacy of the two groups,the observation group was better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy treatment for Wind-induced fever type of Post-infections Cough by Xing huang cough mixture better than Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules in illness disappearance、ease status and safety etc.with more significant effect,it can quickly and effectively cure PIC,can improve the quality of patient’s life.Clinical effect is significant and worthy for the clinical promotion.
