Objective:Through the observation and study of the tongue characteristics of 261 patients with type 2 diabetes collected in clinic,the pathogenesis characteristics and rules of type 2 diabetes were explored,the objective parameters of tongue were obtained by the digital method of tongue image,and the relationship between tongue image and physical and chemical indicators of diabetes was explored.It provides reference and reference for the prevention and treatment of diabetes.Method:Through cross-sectional research methods,summarize the characteristics of the patient’s tongue demonstration distribution and analyze the relationship with gender,age,course of disease,body mass index,and TCM syndrome types.Use computer software to digitize tongue picture images to obtain tongue demonstration objective parameters,and explore tongue demonstration and The relevance of physical and chemical indicators of diabetes.Result:①Overall distribution:There are more males than females,with a ratio of 1.6:1;the age of onset is 41-65 years old at most 64.4%,and patients under 40 years old account for 11.8%;the number of newly diagnosed patients within 1 year of the disease is at most 32.2%;overweight and obesity accounted for 49.4%at most,and thinner accounted for at least 5.7%;Syndrome distribution of and Yang deficiency,blood stasis and water cessation accounted for 39.5%at most.②Tongue distribution characteristics:the tongue quality is mainly light red tongue,purple tongue,dark red tongue,cracked tongue,normal tongue,and tooth-marked tongue.Tongue coating is mainly yellow,greasy,thick and greasy,and thin.Cracked tongues account for more and more as the redness of the tongue deepens;dark red tongues and blue-purple tongues and white coatings account for the majority,and the rest of the tongue color is mainly yellow coating,and as the redness of the tongue deepens,the proportion of yellow coatings becomes larger,but in crimson tongues The medium is indeed very small;most of the tongue is colored and greasy and the tongue is mainly colored,and the crimson tongue and pale red tongue are mostly thin.Patients have different tongue distribution characteristics in terms of gender,age,course of disease,body mass index,and TCM syndrome types.③Tongue body color:L value is negatively correlated with FPG and HbA1C;a value is positively correlated with HbA1C and ALT,and negatively correlated with TCHO and MA.Coating color:a value is positively correlated with ALT and negatively correlated with MA;b value is negatively correlated with LDH-P and TCHO.Moss quality is positively correlated with TCHO.Conclusions:Type 2 diabetes is a comprehensive disease caused by pathogens such as dry heat,phlegm dampness,and blood stasis on the basis of deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis.The objective parameters of tongue demonstration can reflect a certain degree of blood sugar level,blood lipid level and kidney function Level.
