Objective:To Investigate the distribution of single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)at rs569550,rs907611 and rs3817197 of leukocyte specific protein 1(LSP1)in this study population, and further analyze rs569550,rs907611 and rs3817197,we further analyzethe genetic susceptibility of three SNPs(rs569550,rs907611 and rs3817197)with Benign prostatic hvperplasia(BPH)and Prostate cancer(PCa),in order toprovide new ideas for early diagnosis and treatment. Methods:A total of 303 patients were enrolled, including 100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,103 patients with prostate cancer and 100 healthy controls.Multiple single base extension genotyping platform(SNaPshot)was used to detect the polymorphisms of rs569550,rs907611 and rs3817197 of LSP1 gene in all subjects, and the results of SNaPshot experiment were verified by Sanger sequencing.Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(HWE)test was used to analyze the genotype frequency distribution in each group, and odds ratio(OR)and 95%confidence interval(CI)were calculated to analyze the single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)at three loci of LSP1 gene.SNP)and BPH and PCa,and the single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)of SHEsis gene(LSP1)and BPH and PCa.Results:1.Among the 303 subjects, the mean age was 69.91±8.88 years in the BPH group,70.61 ± 8.50 years in the PCa group, and 69.31 ± 8.11 years in the control group.One-way ANOVA test of the average age of the three groups showed that P>0.05,indicating that there was no statistical difference in the average age of the three groups.2.The genotyping results of the subjects in each group were in accordance with the HWE law(P>0.05).Four genetic models(additive model,co dominant model, dominant model and recessive model)and alleles were used to find the association between genetic factors and the risk of BPH and PCa,and the results were not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The haplotypes of rs569550,rs907611 and rs3817197 of LSP1 gene were constructed by online software SHEsis, and four haplotypes with high frequency,GAA,GGA,TGA and TGG,were constructed in BPH group and control group.PCa and GAA,GGA,TAA,TGA,TGG haplotypes were constructed in BPH group and control group.Conclusions:1.The genotyping results of rs569550,rs907611 and rs3817197 loci of LSP1 gene in each group were consistent with the HWE law, which was representative of the population. There was no significant difference in the distribution of genotype and allele between the case group and the control group.2.The SNPs of rs569550,rs907611 and rs3817197 in LSP1 gene were not significantly associated with the risk of BPH and PCa.3.The.haplotypes of rs569550,rs907611 and rs3817197 of LSP1 gene were not associated with the risk of BPH and PCa.
