Research On Development Strategy Of Q Hospital

With the development of social economy and the increase of people’s income,the demand for medical services is getting higher and higher.As the main provider of medical services,medical institutions always take solving people’s medical problems as their social responsibility.As a major component of medical institutions,public hospitals have always assumed the social responsibility of providing high-quality and all-round medical services under the background of policy-oriented development.With the deepening of the reform of the medical system in recent years,the country has launched the Healthy China Strategy,which aims to improve the health of residents and improve the quality of life of patients.Public hospitals are facing the new policy environment and market environment,how to develop themselves in the new environment has become the primary problem of medical institutions.Based on Q hospital as the research object,this thesis expounded the research background,significance,thinking and method,based on relevant theories,using strategy management analysis tools,the first hospital to Q of external political environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment are analyzed,combined with the five models,made clear the key external factors affecting the development of hospital of Q,Establish EFE matrix for analysis;Secondly,the internal resources and capabilities of Q Hospital are analyzed.IFE matrix is used to analyze the internal key factors that affect the development of Q Hospital.Through SWOT analysis,four possible development directions of Q Hospital are listed.Combined with the actual situation of the hospital,the QSPM matrix is established for quantitative analysis,and the expansion strategy is finally determined as the development strategy of Q Hospital at the present stage.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)under the new environment and policy,Q hospital is facing opportunities and threats;In the industry development,Q Hospital has its own unique advantages and disadvantages.The development strategy of Q hospital needs to balance opportunities and threats,and coordinate advantages and disadvantages.(2)Combining the vision,mission and core values of the hospital,centering on the national health development strategy,the aim is to solve people’s medical problems and improve people’s quality of life;Guided by the healthy China strategy,deepening the reform of the medical system,and hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system;To promote the reform of medical system,promote the in-depth development of medical union as the driving force;Take the implementation of healthy China strategy as an opportunity to formulate the development strategy of Q Hospital.(3)Put forward the development strategy of Q Hospital,namely,the growth strategy of"strengthening the brand building of the hospital,improving the level of scientific research of the hospital,improving the level of diagnosis and treatment,and cooperating with the development of medical association".(4)Put forward the implementation and safeguard measures of Q Hospital’s expansion development strategy.The specific strategies are:strengthening hospital brand construction;Strengthen scientific research;Improving the level of diagnosis and treatment;Coordinated development of regional medical association.Emphasis should be placed on strengthening the brand construction of Q Hospital to improve the reputation of the hospital in the region and even in the country,introducing high-quality talents to improve the level of scientific research,and improving the level of medical treatment in the regional medical association through standardized diagnosis and treatment.In order to ensure the implementation of the strategy,Q Hospital should also carry out the internal construction of the hospital from the aspects of organization guarantee,talent guarantee,financial guarantee and information guarantee.
