Research On The Development Strategy Of GD Medical Institutions

With the advancement of society and the improvement of awareness of healthy living,the public has put forward more and more stringent requirements for medical services.The improvement of people’s education level and the low level of trust in private hospitals make private hospitals have a low rate of consultation compared with public hospitals.In addition,under the reform of the medical system,the number of private hospitals continues to increase,resulting in more intense competition in addition to public hospitals.Hospitals must seek new development models and implement sustainable development strategies.This article takes GD medical institutions as the research object,through understanding the development strategy environment of the hospital,use five forces model,PEST model,SWOT model methods to analyze the hospital development strategy environment,and conducting summary research on the basis of the environment.In general,this paper mainly takes GD medical institutions as the research object.According to the development status of the hospital,it formulates a feasible and scientific development strategy for the hospital,and puts forward constructive suggestions to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy.This article particularly emphasizes the strategic choice of GD medical institutions to develop integrated medical care services and explore the negative service model of telemedicine.Through the strategic research of GD medical institutions,not only has scientifically formulated the development strategy of GD medical institutions,but also pointed out the direction for the future development of GD medical institutions.
