Clinical Observation Of External Washing Of Zhuti Decoction For Postoperative Damp-heat Pouring Downward Type Of High Anal Fistula

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of zhuti decoction external washing for high anal fistula after damp-heat injection by clinical cases.Methods:The 64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an observation group of 32 cases and a control group of 32 cases.Patients in the observation group were treated with zhuti decoction to wash their wounds outside,about 6-10 minutes each time,once a day in the morning and evening;patients in the control group were treated with Kangfuxin liquid to wash their wounds outside,about 6-10 minutes each time,once a day in the morning and evening.The patient’s 3d,7d,14 d pain score,carrion shedding time,wound healing rate and wound healing time on 7d,14 d,21d postoperatively,and serum CRP of 1d,7d and 7d postoperatively were recorded.Use SPSS25.0software for statistical analysis.Results:In this study,64 cases did not appear to be dropped or eliminated.Before treatment,the age,gender,course of disease and initial postoperative wound area were compared between the two groups of patients.All P>0.05,which was not statistically significant.Comparable,the results are analyzed as follows: compare the pain scores of the two groups at 3d,7d,and 14 d after operation,the observation group is lower than the control group(P<0.05);the carrion loss time of the observation group is shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);The wound healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 7d、14d and 21 d after operation(P<0.05);the wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.Group(P<0.05);comparing the serum CRP at 1d and 7d after surgery,the serum CRP at 1d after surgery was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the serum CRP in the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 7d after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:External washing of zhuti decoction can alleviate the pain of patients with high anal fistula after damp-heat injection,accelerate the shedding of slough on the wound,improve the wound healing rate,promote wound healing,and reduce the patient’s serum CRP.The clinical effect is significant,and there is no adverse effect in the treatment process.The phenomenon appears,it is worthy of promotion and application in the clinic.
