Objective:To observe the effect of oral jianpishengjitang on the postperative wound of patients with low complexity anal fistula. Methods:A group of 50 low-order complicated anal fistula patients treated by nanjing university of Chinese medicine in huaian hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into treatment groups(25 case, oral jianpishengjitnag group)and the control group(25 case, oral tuolixiaoduyin group). On the 10th day after surgery,Chinese medicine was started, and the results were compared to the 13 days,16 days,20 days of wound surface area, wound pain, wound discharge volume, and the color of wound granulation.,And the overall effect was evaluated in the first month after surgery.Results:(1)The difference bout the average area of the wound surfacewas statistically significant between the 6th days,10th days after the use of Chinese medicine in the two groups. The treatment group was less than the total size of the wound area than the control group in the sixth and 10th day after the use of Chinese medicine;Statistical analysis, the difference makes sense;(2)The average healing time of the treatment group was 21.64 days, the average healing time in the control group was 26.91 days,The treatment group was significantly smaller than the control group,Statistical analysis, the difference makes sense. On the 6th day and 10th day,the treatment group was compared between the control groups, and two groups between the pre-medication,Statistical analysis, the difference makes sense,(3)Wound pain:On the third day after the use of the drug, the pain score was compared with the pre-medication,and compared with the treatment group and the control group,Statistical analysis, the difference is meaningless.(4)wound secretion:The treatment group,On the third day,6th day,10th day,the surface exudate was compared with the pre-medication,Statistical analysis, the difference makes sense.Control group,On the 6th day,10th day,the surface exudate was compared with the pre-medication,and the difference was significant; On the 3rd day,6th day and 10th day,the treatment group was compared between the control groups,The number of low score cases was more than the control group,Statistical analysis, the difference makes sense;(5)Granulation growth:The treatment group,On the third day,6th day,10th day,the granulation growth was compared with the pre-medication,Statistical analysis, the difference makes sense.Control group,On the 6th day,,10th day,the granulation growth was compared with the pre-medication,Statistical analysis, the difference makes sense,On the 3rd day,6th day and 10th day,the treatment group was compared between the control groups,The number of low score cases was more than the control group, and two groups of patients compared statistically significant difference;(6)When reviewed one month after surgery, the curative rate of treatment group and control group was 100%,Statistical analysis, the difference is meaningless. Conclusion:The present study showed that,in the process of wound healing after the anal fistula,.oral jianpishengjitang can promote the rapid growth of the wound granulation, thus shortening the healing time;At the same time,it can obviously reduce the wound pain and reduce the exudation of local secretions; The postoperative comfort of patients was improved, and the quality of life after surgery was improved to some extent;Postoperative oral jianpishengjitang is an effective treatment for wound repair after low complexity of anal fistula;Worthy of clinical promotion; However, further research is necessary if it is to eventually be written into a clinical treatment programme for low-complexity anal fistula.
