| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qiangxin granule on chronic heart failure with heart qi deficiency and blood stasis edema,and to explore the clinical value of Qiangxin granule on chronic heart failure.Methods: Sixty cases of chronic heart failure patients with NYHA cardiac function grade Ⅱ ～ Ⅳ and ejection fraction less than 50% in Western medicine who were admitted to the ward of cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment of Western medicine,and the treatment group was added with Qiangxin granule on the basis of conventional treatment of Western medicine for 4 weeks.Efficacy indicators: TCM syndrome score,Minnesota Quality of Life Score,Lee’s Heart failure Score,NYHA Cardiac function Scale,6-minute walking test,N-terinal B-type Natriuretic Peptide Prosoma,NT-pro BNP,sodium-dependent glucose transporters 2(s ST2)protein,Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),etc. Comparison of safety indicators before and after treatment: blood routine,urine routine,liver function,kidney function,adverse reactions,etc.SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used for analysis.Results: In TCM syndrome score,the total effective rate of the treatment group was96.7%,the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.01);The TCM syndrome integral scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly decreased(P < 0.01),and the improvement of the treatment group was more significant than the control group(P < 0.01).The Minnesota Quality of life score improved significantly in the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.01),and the improvement was more significant in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.01).In Lee’s heart failure score,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 86.7% and 83.3%,respectively,with no statistical significance(P > 0.05).In terms of improving NYHA,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93.3% and 73.3%,respectively,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the6-minute walking distance of the treatment group and the control group was significantly increased(P < 0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).NT-pro BNP in the treatment group and the control group was significantly decreased(P < 0.01),the treatment group was more significant than the control group in reducing NT-pro BNP(P < 0.01);s ST2 in the treatment group and control group was significantly decreased(P < 0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing s ST2(P < 0.05).After treatment,LVEF in the treatment group and the control group was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P < 0.01),but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Qiangxin granule can improve the symptoms of heart failure,improve the quality of life,improve NYHA,reduce NT-pro BNP and s ST-2,improve left ventricular ejection fraction,provide a new clinical basis for the treatment of chronic heart failure with heart qi deficiency and blood stasis edema in Traditional Chinese medicine. |
