| Objective The patients with thin endometrial infertility(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)were intervened by the sequential method of invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulation combined with pelvic floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation. The endometrial thickness, uterine Changes in arterial blood flow parameters,TCM syndrome scores, and follow-up records of the pregnancy rate within 3 months after treatment to evaluate the treatment of thin uterus with the sequential method of nourishing the kidney and promoting blood circulation combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation Clinical efficacy of endometrial infertility.MethodsThis study selected 66 patients with thin endometrial infertility(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)from March 2021 to November 2021 in the gynecological outpatient clinic of Nanping People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The subjects were divided into a treatment group(33 cases)and a control group(33 cases)according to the random number table method. The treatment group was treated with the sequential method of invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulation combined with pelvic floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation, and the control group was treated with oral western medicine(Fenmo Endometrial thickness,TCM syndrome score, uterine artery blood flow parameters, and pregnancy rate within 3 months after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results1.General situation: The two groups of patients were compared in terms of age,age at menarche, years of infertility, reproductive history, history of abortion, endometrial thickness, pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)of uterine artery blood flow,TCM syndrome scores, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Endometrial thickness and curative effect: the endometrial thickness of the two groups of patients after treatment increased compared with before, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the endometrial thickness of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of curative effect of endometrial thickness: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.90%,which was higher than that of the control group(54.55%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.PI and RI of uterine artery: the PI and RI of uterine artery in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).were higher than the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.TCM syndrome score and curative effect: The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were lower after treatment Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 69.70%,which was 36.36% higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Clinical pregnancy rate: Within 3 months after treatment, the clinical pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 36.36%,which was higher than that of the control group(12.12%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe sequential method of invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation combined with pelvic floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation can increase the endometrial thickness of patients with thin endometrial infertility(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)to a certain extent, improve uterine blood pulsatility index(PI),uterine blood stasis index Blood flow resistance index(RI),improved TCM syndrome score, increased pregnancy rate, and the curative effect was better than the fenmotone treatment group. |
