Purpose of the study. This clinical study was conducted to treat Luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS)infertility(infertility)by using the instructor’s empirical formula of yin-yang transformation soup combined with acupuncture for kidney deficiency and blood stasis, and to compare with human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)The treatment with human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)was used as a control to observe the ovulation rate, cycle pregnancy rate, improvement of TCM symptoms and recurrence rate of LUF cycles in the two groups of LUFS infertility patients before and after treatment,to explore whether there is any advantage of combining acupuncture with yin-yang transformation soup in the treatment of this disease and whether it is worthy of further exploration and research,in order to find safe, effective and simple ideas for the treatment of LUFS infertility patients.Seeking safe, effective and easy ideas to reduce side effects,so that more patients can benefit and bring hope to families who have been troubled by infertility for many years.Research methods.A randomized controlled approach was used to collect patients with unruptured follicular luteinization syndrome infertility who visited the gynecology outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Honggu Tan National Medical Hall Clinic of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2021 and all met the inclusion criteria, and at the same time, combined with the TCM diagnosis and treatment, selected patients who belonged to the kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of LUFS infertility under the diagnosis and classification.Patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of consultation, the experimental group(needle and medicine group)and the control group(HCG group),each group consisted of 30 patients. In the experimental group, the patients were given acupuncture combined with the experienced formula of the tutor to promote the transformation of yin and yang, and were instructed to take the granules of the Chinese medicine formula orally from the 8th day of menstruation, one packet twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, half an hour after meals with boiled water, until the dominant follicle was monitored. When the follicle size reaches 15 mm,immediately perform acupuncture treatment, once a day, using a flat tonic and flat diarrhea technique. If the follicle diameter is greater than 16 mm,then the patient should be instructed to increase the frequency of follicle monitoring, changing to once a day until the follicle is detected. After the follicles were discharged, the acupuncture should be stopped immediately and coitus should be instructed. In the control group, human chorionic gonadotropin was administered, and the frequency of follicle monitoring was the same as that in the control group, and when a dominant follicle was detected,it was immediately injected intramuscularly on the same day and coitus was instructed. In both groups, one menstrual cycle was used as a course of treatment, and each group was treated and observed for 3 consecutive courses. If pregnancy was confirmed by urine pregnancy test or blood HCG 14 days after ovulation, the treatment should be terminated immediately.During the whole treatment process, the efficacy indexes of the two groups should be observed and compared, and the safety indexes such as blood and urine routine, liver and kidney function, and the occurrence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS)should be checked before and after the treatment in each group.LUFS infertility. Results of the study.During the treatment,2 cases were dropped in the control group due to the patients’ personal reasons, and there were no dropped cases and rejected cases in the experimental group, and finally the valid clinical data collected from 58 patients were statistically analyzed, and the results were obtained as follows.(1)The analysis revealed that there was no statistical significance(P>0.05)between the two study groups in terms of age, disease duration,pre-treatment TCM syndrome score and type of infertility,so there was comparability.(2)From the analysis of the total clinical efficacy of the two groups:30 effective cases in the experimental group(needle and medicine group),with a total effective rate of 90.00%,and 28 effective cases in the control group(HCG group),with a total effective rate of 85.71%,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)From the analysis of ovulation rate of patients in both groups:78.16% in the test group(needle and medicine group)and 72.50% in the control group(HCG group),there was no difference(P>0.05),but the test group was higher than the control group in ovulation rate.(4)From the analysis of the pregnancy rate of the two groups: 43%in the test group(injection group)and 18% in the control group(HCG group),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)and indicated that the test group had more advantages in improving the pregnancy rate.(5)Analysis of the recurrence rate of LUF cycles in the two groups:20.69% in the test group(needle and medicine group)and 37.5% in the control group(HCG group),with a difference(P<0.05)and suggesting that the test group has an advantage in preventing the recurrence rate of LUF cycles.(6)Analysis of the TCM symptoms of the two groups: analysis by statistical methods showed that there was a significant difference between the two study groups after treatment compared to before treatment(P<0.05);and comparing the data between and within groups after treatment revealed that the data were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group had an advantage in improving the TCM symptoms.Conclusion.Therefore,the results of the above study illustrate that Chinese medicine is effective in treating LUFS infertility, and at the same time, combined with the Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of prescriptions, the use of yin-yang transformation soup for patients with LUFS with kidney deficiency and blood stasis has good clinical application value in promoting ovulation and pregnancy, improving the Chinese medicine symptoms and reducing side effects, which provides broader ideas for clinical treatment of this disease and is worthy of further clinical It is worthy of further clinical research and application. Therefore, the combination of acupuncture and yin-yang transformation soup is both clinically safe and clinically useful in the treatment of this disease.
