The Clinical Study Of The Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Medication Combined Treatment For Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome Infertility

Objective:investigate the clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods by treating the patients with unruptured follicular luteinizing infertility(LCUS)by using the combination of crushed egg soup and acupuncture treatment.Objectively evaluate the effectiveness of acupuncture and ovulation and provide more choices for the clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:Sixty patients with unruptured follicular luteinized syndromes were enrolled in this study.Respectively,by random allocation,sixty patients were divided into treatment group and control group with thirty patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine,and began to take the broken egg soup + acupuncture at the follicle development day(ie,the average diameter of the follicles reached>18mm);while at the follicle development day(ie,the average diameter of follicles>18mm),the control was injected buttock intramuscular of 6000IU injection with chorionic gonadotropin-releasing hormone(HCG)for one time.1 cycle is a course of treatment,two groups were treated for 3 cycles.Endometrial thickness was measured after vaginal ultrasound monitoring ovulation ans then guide the intercourse.Human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)was measured 14 days after intercourse and observe the ovulation rate,cycle pregnancy rate,ovulation rate and the average thickness of the endometrium in the cycle of the two groups respectively.Results:1.Compared with the two groups after three cycles,the two groups were effective in preventing follicular rupture and no significant difference in ovulation rate between the two groups(P>0.05).2.For improving the rate of pregnancy,the treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.After treatment,during the ovulation,the mean endometrial thickness of the4.The total effective rate was 89.61%in the treatment group and 0.05 in the control group,and the total effective rate was 76.54%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and medicine for the treatment of unruptured follicular luteinized syndrome infertility,the cycle of ovulation rate is equal to that of Western medicine HCG cycle,but the ovulation cycle of the average thickness of the endometrium.But the average endometrial thickness,treatment for pregnancy rate in cycle reflect the superiority to the control group which shows superiority of Chinese medicine treatment in treating this disease.
