Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Surrounding Acupuncture On Tinnitus(hepatobiliary Fire Type)

Objective:To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of surrounding acupuncture and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of tinnitus(Hepatobiliary Fire Type)through clinical randomized controlled trials,to prove the advantages of this subject in the treatment of this disease,and to explore new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of tinnitus.Methods:This project adopts randomized controlled trial,60 patients with tinnitus(Hepatobiliary Fire Type)in four acupuncture departments and wards of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to February 2022 were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).After the patients entered the group,the patients in the treatment group were treated with surrounding acupuncture at Yifeng(SJ17)point and YiMing(EX-HN14)point,acupuncture at Fengchi(GB20)point,Tinggong(SI19)point and Tinghui(GB2)pointonce a day,treatment 6 days rest 1 day,7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment.The control group was given symptomatic conventional acupuncture treatment,the course of treatment was the same as above.The changes of tinnitus in the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and THI,TEQ and HAMA scores were performed at these two nodes to observe the degree of treatment of tinnitus and the improvement of concomitant symptoms.Result:1.After treatment,the scores of TEQ score,THI score and HAMA score in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).2.Compared with the conventional acupuncture group,the scale score of the treatment group was improved better(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was 93.3%,which was higher than 73.3 3%of the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Conventional acupuncture and the research methods of this subject have therapeutic effects on tinnitus(Hepatobiliary Fire Type).2.Surrounding acupuncture of Yifeng and Yiming,acupuncture of Fengchi,Tingggong and Tinghui are superior to conventional acupuncture in improving the degree of tinnitus and alleviating the accompanying anxiety and depression.
