Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Treating Sensorineural Tinnitus From The Perspective Of Spirit

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the acupuncture method of regulating spirit in the treatment of sensorineural tinnitus,and to further optimize the treatment scheme of acupuncture for sensorineural tinnitus.Methods:Sixty sensorineural tinnitus patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(the method of regulating spirit group)and the control group(routine acupuncture group)by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.In the treatment group,Baihui,Shenting,Sishencong,Shuaigu(affected side),Fengchi(bilateral),Neiguan(bilateral)and Shenmen(bilateral)were taken;In the control group,Tinggong(affected side),Tinghui(affected side),Yifen(affected side),Xiaxi(bilateral)and Zhongzhu(bilateral)were taken.Both groups were treated once a day,6 times a week for 4weeks.Tinnitus rating scale(TEQ)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.TEQ score:The TEQ scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.01 in treatment group and P<0.01 in control group),and the decreasing range of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.SAS score:The SAS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.01 in treatment group and P<0.01 in control group),and the decreasing range of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Efficacy evaluation: The total effective rate of the treatment group was83.3%(25/30),which was better than 76.6%(23/30)of the control group(P<0.05).4.The severity of tinnitus was positively correlated with anxiety(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The acupuncture method of regulating spirit can effectively improve the tinnitus degree of patients,and it is better than routine method of acupuncture.2.The acupuncture method of regulating spirit can effectively alleviate the anxiety state of patients.3.The therapeutic effect of the acupuncture method of regulating spirit on sensorineural tinnitus is definite,and it is better than routine method of acupuncture.4.Anxiety is closely related to the severity of tinnitus.The acupuncture method of regulating spirit improves tinnitus by relieving anxiety.
