Clinical Research On Medication Regularity Of Professor Liu Jianqiu In Treating Chronic Bronchitis

Objective:To analyze the medication regularity of Professor Liu Jianqiu in treating chronic bronchitis through Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V2.5,to further summarize the clinical experience and provide new ideas to treat CB in clinic.Methods:The cases of patients with CB who attended the outpatient clinic of Professor Liu Jianqiu in the Department of Respiratory Medicine at the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of TCM from June 2019 to June 2020 were collected,and the data were normalized and entered into Excel 2019 and TCM Inheritance Support System V2.5.Excel 20 19 was used to classify patients’ age,gender and the efficacy of traditional Chinese herbs,and TCM Inheritance Support System V2.5 was used to conduct analysis of frequency,association rules and clusters.Results:1.Statistics of basic information:A total of 15 9 cases were included,with a male-to-female ratio of 1:1.22,and the majority are between 50 and 59 years of age.2.Analysis of frequency:A total of 10 0 herbal medicines were included,and 30 herbal medicines were used greater than or equal to 25 times.Four nature of drugs are mostly warm,cold,and plain,five flavours are mostly bitter,sweet,and pungent,channel tropism are mostly lung meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian,and stomach meridian,and relieving phlegm,cough and asthma drugs,tonifying deficiency drugs,and superficies-resolving drugs are mainly used.3.Analysis of association rules:In the " composition and medication regularity ",we set the number of support 31 and the confidence level 0.95 to obtain 890 association rules and 24 drugs,the number of support 6 3 to obtain 12 drugs and the number of support 31 to obtain 6 drugs.4.Analysis of clusters:In the " analysis of new formula ",the correlation degree was set to 6 and the penalty degree was set to 4.According to clusters analysis,there were 51 drug pairs,the number of 3 drugs combination was 24 and 4 drugs combination was 3,7 new prescriptions were concluded.Conclusion:1.Professor Liu Jianqiu’s four nature of drugs used to treat CB are mainly warm,cold and plain,five flavours are mainly bitter,sweet and pungent,and channel tropism are mainly lung meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian and stomach meridian.2.Professor Liu Jianqiu’s efficacy classification of drugs for the treatment of CB is based on relieving phlegm,cough and asthma drugs,tonifying deficiency drugs,and superficiesresolving drugs,and the commonly used drugs are licorice root,pinellia tuber,bitter apricot seed,poria,platy codoni s radix,dried tangerine peel,spine date seed,thunberbg fritillary bulb,Chinese thorowax root,and loquat leaf.3.Professor Liu Jianqiu’s core drugs for the treatment of CB include licorice root,pinellia tuber,bitter apricot seed,poria,platycodonis radix,and dried tangerine peel,and there are several combinations of drugs with close and stable relationships.4.Professor Liu Jianqiu’s experience in treating CB:arresting cough and removing phlegm;good use of tonic for deficiency;treating the lung and heart together;soothing liver and resolving depression.
