A Study On The Regularity Of Medication Of Professor Xu Hui In Treating Chest Obstruction By Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Objective:According to collect and sort out the case of Professor Xu Hui’s,analyzing the basic information and the rule of prescription through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system.The study aimed to study the clinical experience and academic thought in treating chest obstruction of Professor Xu Hui,improving the level of clinical ability.In the meantime,it is advantageous for us to inherit and advance the valuable experience of famous TCM doctor.Methods:Collect 260 outpatients treated by Professor Xu Hui from August 2018 to October 2019,and select cases of stable angina according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,input the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5),using the program such as frequency analysis and association rules,to analysis the medical records.Results:According to the results,the whole 260 cases include a total of 147 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.The main medicines taste include Xin,Gan,Wen,and Ping,which mostly work on the liver,heart,and spleen.The commonly used traditional Chinese medicines involve Muxiang,Chuanxiong,Suanzaoren,Danggui,Baizhu,Honghua,Yuanzhi,Baishao,Yanhusuo,Dangshen.In addition,153 groups of medicine combination and three potential prescription combinations are sorted out.Conclusion:Based on the analysis of the whole cases,coming out the conclusion that Professor Xu’ s treatment of chest obstruction is mainly based on promoting blood circulation,regulating qi,reliving pain,replenishing qi and blood,and nourishing the heart and appeasing emotion,which reflect Professor Xu Hui’s view that the five internal organs are an entirety,the idiosoma and the spirit have interwovenness connection.At the same time,the potential drug combinations also provide new idea for diagnosing and treating in chest obstruction,which is worth for further exploration.
