Study On The Effect Of Ganjiang Bimin Decoction On Allergic Rihinitis Due To Deficiency Of Lung-Qi In Children In Cold Regions

Purpose:This topic aims to provide an effective and reasonable TCM treatment plan for the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis by observing the clinical efficacy of Ganjiang Bimin Decoction in the treatment of infantile allergic rhinitis with lung-qi deficiency and cold.Method:60 children who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.30 children in the experimental group were given Ganjiang Bimin Decoction orally,and 30 children in the control group were given Tongqiao Biyan Capsules orally.The course of treatment was 2 weeks,and the follow-up was 3 months.The improvement of the total effective rate,the main syndrome score,the main sign score,the secondary syndrome score and the recurrence rate of the two groups of children were observed.Result:1.According to the standard,60 children with allergic rhinitis were included in this study,and they were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 30 children in each group.3 cases of children in the experimental group dropped out,and a total of 27 cases were completed;2 cases of children in the control group dropped out,and a total of 28 cases were completed.Statistical analysis showed that the general clinical data of the two groups of cases before treatment,such as,gender,age,course of disease,disease,etc.,had no significant statistical difference,that is,P>0.05,which was comparable.2.Comparison of the total clinical efficacy of the two groups of children after treatment: the total effective rate of the experimental group was88.89%;the total effective rate of the control group was 75%.After comparison between groups,P<0.05,the difference is significant,the curative effect of the two groups is statistically significant,indicating that the curative effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.3.The children in the two groups suffered from paroxysmal sneezing,watery mucus,nasal congestion,nasal itching,nasal mucosa,watery secretions in the nasal cavity,shortness of breath and lazy speech,fear of wind and cold,hyposmia,spontaneous sweating,itchy eyes or foreign body sensation,etc.In terms of comparison,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the improvement effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.4.Comparison of recurrence rate: The recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group 3months after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The clinical efficacy of Ganjiang Bimin Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis due to deficiency of lung qi in children in cold regions is good;2.Ganjiang Bimin Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of paroxysmal sneezing,watery mucus,nasal congestion and nasal itching in children with lung-qi deficiency and cold type allergic rhinitis in cold areas;3.Ganjiang Bimin Decoction can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of allergic rhinitis due to deficiency of lung-qi in children in cold regions.
