Research On Community Epidemic Prevention And Control

At the end of 2019,the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic brought severe challenges to public health security in China and even globally.The characteristics of the long incubation period and wide spread of the epidemic have determined that a large part of the focus of the prevention and control work has shifted from point-to-point medical treatment to non-point source control with the community as the carrier,and the community has become an important position in the epidemic prevention work at present and even for a long time in the future.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that the community is the first line of epidemic prevention and control,but also the key node of external prevention of import and internal prevention of proliferation,only by guarding the community this line of defense,can we effectively stop the spread and spread of the epidemic,the community in the prevention and control of the epidemic must not only achieve the control of the spread of the epidemic and the input and output of personnel,but also to grasp the work of calming the panic of the masses and maintaining social stability during the epidemic,so that the five functions of "isolation,management,control,support,and reporting" are complete,only the epidemic prevention and control of each community is done well,and a region is safe.Only by controlling the epidemic situation in multiple areas can we ensure the successful realization of joint prevention and control of the whole society.The severe situation brought about by the epidemic has put forward new challenges to the traditional community governance model,so it is necessary to have a new governance theory to guide the development of community governance in China.Taking the community epidemic prevention and governance work in Z City as the starting point,this thesis comprehensively uses the literature research method,observation method,and survey and interview method,through studying the contributions and shortcomings of the community in the epidemic prevention work,on the basis of the community governance model,the community multi-subject governance theory,and the community grid management theory analysis,the relevant research is carried out on improving community governance under the background of the new crown pneumonia epidemic,summarizing the current situation of community governance in Z City under the background of epidemic prevention and control,comprehensively analyzing the problems exposed,and proposing corresponding countermeasures.Provide experience for improving community governance in the context of epidemic prevention and control.This thesis proposes to construct a set of operable community epidemic prevention management mechanisms,and extract the experience and practices that can be used for other major public events in society,actively use the community pluralistic governance and grid management model,and promote the government,community autonomous organizations,economic organizations,residents and other subjects to participate in the community epidemic prevention and governance work more scientifically and efficiently.The new crown epidemic is a major social public health event,and it can be said that it is difficult to encounter a public health event that is more serious than this epidemic,so it is of more long-term practical significance to extract lessons from this incident and improve the level of proper handling of public health incidents.
