Research On Prevention And Control Of Community COVID-19 Under Grid Management Mode

In 2020,the COVID-19 ravaged the world,causing great impact on the economic,political and national health of the whole world.China is the first country to detect and report the COVID-19.Meanwhile,China is also the country which has most experience on fighting against the virus.China’s epidemic prevention pattern is reasonable and worth to be studied.In the face of public health emergencies,China implement the "isolation immunization","group prevention and control" and other effective practices through the community grid management mode,research and analysis to improve the quality of community grid management innovation method.At the same time,the emergency also reflects the shortage of community grid management.This article research on the H city D community,a mature community which effectively prevent the occurrence and spread of the epidemic,and later do well in assisting the country on inoculating vaccine and recovering work and recovering work and production.Through the work evaluation of community workers and the satisfaction of community residents,we can analyse the effectiveness and shortcomings of community grid management.Under the emergency,community grid management can realize self-healthcheck in short time,and implement insulation between grid and outside world,which can prevent further spread of the virus.During the outbreak of the COVID-19,community grid management strengthen the comprehensive governance,improve the satisfaction degree of resident,and fully exert the strength of property management company,volunteer and other social members,and finally conquer the difficult time peacefully.Meanwhile,we find that resident’s understanding degree of grid management is at medium to low level,part of prevention of the virus do not reach the demand of general public,D community lack relevant rules to guide the implement of grid management,even H city has much weakness on building grid digital platform.The development of digital goverment needs a long term,the unbalance between ability and quality of manpower is still common,this article come up with suggestions on improving D community’s grid management.
