Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Failure By Tonifying Kidney And Peiyuan Massage Combined With Moxibustion

Objective: This topic through the observation with tonifying kidney and peiyuan massage method together with the curative effect of moxibustion therapy premature ovarian failure,with menstruation situation,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),Estradiol(E2)levels and TCM symptoms as observation indexes,apreliminary explore the mechanism of action of tonifying kidney and peiyuan massage method and its the clinical curative effect of treatment of ovarian premature aging,for clinic through external treatment to treat ovarian premature aging provides new train of thought.Methods:From December 2020 to October 2021,72 cases meeting the inclusion criteria were collected from the department of Gynecology,Tuina and Diagnosis and Treatment Center of the First and third Affiliated Hospital of Changchunj University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Randomly divided into massage treatment group and control group 36 cases each.The treatment group used tonifying kidney and peiyuan massage combined with moxibustion,and the control group only used estradiol valerate tablets.In fact,61 cases were collected,including 5 cases in the treatment group(lost follow-up,poor compliance)and 6 cases in the control group(lost follow-up).The treatment cycle was 12 weeks,and the changes of related indicators after the treatment were observed to evaluate the efficacy.Results: Statistical analysis of hormone levels and TCM symptoms of patients before and after treatment showed that the total effective rate of treating POF by tonifying kidney and peiyuan massage combined with moxibustion was 87.10% in the treatment group,and the total effective rate of treating POF by estradiol valerate tablet was 73.33% in the control group.The comparison between the two groups showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in FSH The comparison of E2 level between the two groups before treatment was insignificant.After treatment,the LEVEL of FSH in both groups decreased with a significant difference(P = 0.000),and the level of E2 in both groups increased with a significant difference(P = 0.000).The curative effect of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 90.32% higher than that in the control group 80.00%.Before treatment,the amenorrhea time,menstrual cycle and menstruation volume were compared between the two groups,and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion: Compared with western medcine,tonifying kidney and Peiyuan massage combined with moxibustion in the treatment of premature ovarian failure,both of them have improved the hormone and TCM symptoms of patients.Among them,the total score of relieving TCM symptoms of tonifying kidney and Peiyuan massage combined with moxibustion is significantly higher than that of estradiol valerate tablet,and the total effctive rate of the former is higher than that of the latter.
