| Objective:To explore the application effect of modified Chinese medicine damp heat compress therapy in patients of qi stagnation and blood stasis(nerve root type),and to provide more scientific methods and theoretical guidance for the clinical treatment and efficacy of cervical spondylosis. Methods:Using the convenience sampling method,112 patients with cervical myelopathy who met the application and discharge standards in the acupuncture department of Grade A Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Changchun from January to December2021 were selected as the research subjects.Patients were divided into observation and control groups in the order of admission, with 56 patients in each group.Patients in the control group underwent routine acupuncture treatment and routine care, and the patients in the observation group received a modified version of TCM wet compress for treatment. The scale was determined by visual simulation scoring method,20 points method of Tanaka Jiujing symptom quantification table,TCM qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome score and efficacy evaluation criteria. The collected data were sorted out, input into Excel and established a database, and the SPSS 190.0 statistical software was used for analysis.Results:1.Baseline assessmentComparing the general data(gender, age, education, etc.)of the two groups, there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);before the trial, the VAS score, symptom quantification score and blood stasis syndrome score of TCM were not different(P>0.05).2.VAS score of patients with cervical spondylosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type(nerve root type)After 1 or 2 courses of treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, showing statistical significance(P<0.05)and an interaction between groups and time(F=11.380,P<0.001).3.Quantitative symptom scale score of patients with cervical spondylosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type(nerve root type)After 1 or 2 courses of treatment in the two groups, the scores of the observation group were higher than the control group,significant(P<0.05)and interaction between groups and time(F=57.430,P<0.001).4.TCM syndrome score of qi stagnation and blood stasis in patients with cervical spondylosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type(nerve root type)After 1 or 2 courses of treatment in the two groups, the syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05),and the interaction between groups and time(F=32.170,P<0.001).5.Comparison of therapeutic effects of cervical spondylosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type(nerve root type)After one course of treatment, the clinical treatment efficiency of the observation and control groups was(69.64%)and(66.07%),with no statistical difference(X~2=0.163,P>0.05).After two courses,(89.26%)and(71.43%)between the two groups(X~2=5.657,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The modified version of traditional Chinese medicine damp and heat compress therapy has a remarkable clinical treatment effect of cervical spondylosis(nerve root)patients, which is better than the simple application of conventional acupuncture and nursing method, and improves the pain degree of patients, quantitative recovery state of Jing symptoms,qi stagnation and blood stasis and clinical effect.2.The modified version of traditional Chinese medicine damp heat compress therapy treatment of qi stagnation blood stasis of cervical spondylosis(nerve root)patients have certain treatment effect, its curative effect can alleviate the pain and sleep problems, reduce the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the patient’s own sleep state and quality of life, fully embodies the concept of traditional Chinese medicine care. |
