| Objective:To build an intelligent hypertension management cloud platform integrating health records,chronic disease management,crisis warning and popular science education,and explore the establishment of hypertension management mode with TCM characteristics.Methods:1.After literature research,market research and expert demonstration,this study preliminarily formed the construction scheme of intelligent hypertension management cloud platform,and established a joint research and development team.2.The system logical framework is guided by the theory of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and bluetooth data transmission technology and database storage technology are used to build the system functional framework,so as to develop the intelligent hypertension management cloud platform integrating health records,chronic disease management,crisis warning and popular science education.3.In this study,the cloud platform was used to conduct health management for patients for three months.By collecting the signs data at different time points,the information of TCM symptoms and the changes of health scale,and conducting patient satisfaction survey,which evaluate the compliance of hypertensive patients with cloud platform and the changes of TCM symptoms,daily habits and quality of life.Results: 1.The study has built a hypertension intelligent management cloud platform composed of cloud server,intelligent wearable devices and Patient software,Doctor software and Management software.The cloud server selects Ali cloud server;the intelligent wearable device was used with the Yueyue sphygmomanometer(YE650A),Amazfit health bracelet(Huangshan 1 edition)and Xiaomi weight scale(XMTZC04HM);Patient software provides functions such as personal files,health monitoring,chronic disease management and popular science education for patients with hypertension;Doctor software provides patient addition and patient management functions;Management software provides port management and maintenance functions.2.A total of 300 patients with hypertension were enrolled in this study.They were prepared to receive physical sign monitoring,tongue image acquisition,scale evaluation,TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment for 3 months.After 3 months of management,the blood pressure level,TCM symptoms and quality of life of 300 cases with hypertension were significantly improved compared with those before management(P < 0.05),and gradually stabilized at 2-3 months after management.The daily habits,self-management ability,daily monitoring compliance and health status were significantly better than those before management(P < 0.05),and the best state was achieved at 3 months after management.3.Analysis of the satisfaction questionnaire shows that 96.3%cases are satisfied with the platform,86% cases think the platform is easy to operate,87.7%cases think the platform is attractive,85% cases think the platform has a good warning function,98.7% cases think self-management ability has been improved.96% cases were willing to continue using the platform after the study ended,and 80.3% cases were willing to recommend the platform to their friends and family.Conclusion : 1.The preliminary version of hypertension intelligent management cloud platform provides patients with signs monitoring,tongue image acquisition,scale evaluation,traditional Chinese medicine treatment and other management services,which can meet the practical needs of different objects.It provides an important bridge for blood pressure management,popular science education and doctor-patient communication outside the hospital.The system function has strong practical value and is widely praised.2.Hypertensive intelligent management cloud platform can help patients effectively manage blood pressure,improve TCM symptoms and quality of life,correct bad habits on the basis of improving self-management consciousness and ability. |
