Objective:To evaluate the levels of von Willebrand factor and D-dimer postpartum, and to analyze the role of von Willebrand factor and D-dimer in postpartum venous thromboembolism in patients with gestational hypertension. Methods:We reviewed the datas from 50 patients without complications as control group and100 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension treated in our hospital from June2019 to June2021;According to the occurrence of postpartum VTE,the100 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension were divided into observation group A(without postpartum VTE)and observation group B(with postpartum VTE).The levels of von Willebrand factor were detected by ELISA and the level of D-dimer was detected in the central laboratory of our hospital.SPSS22.0 software were using to analyze the levels of von Willebrand factor and D-dimer postpartum.Result:1.The level of von Willebrand factor in the observation group A was higher than that in the control group, and there was a statistical difference. There was no significant difference in the level of D-dimer between the observation group A and the control group.2.The levels of von Willebrand factor and D-dimer in observation group B and control group were significantly different.3.The von Willebrand factor and D-dimer levels in observation group B was significantly higher than that in the observation group A(P < 0.05).In particular, the differences in von Willebrand factor levels were more obvious.Conclusion:1.The levels of von Willebrand factor and D-dimer are correlated with the occurrence of postpartum venous thromboembolism. It can improve the positive predictive value of postpartum venous thromboembolism.2.von Willebrand factor has a good predictive value for postpartum VTE in patients with gestational hypertension.
