Effect Evaluation Of Self-Made Quyang Qingchang Decoction Combined With Mesalazine Enteric-Coated Tablets On Patients With Damp-Heat Ulcerative Colitis

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy indexes,compare the changes of inte stinal flora before and after treatment,and the recurrence rate after treatment,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application and promotion of the self-design ed Ulcerative Bowel Clearing Soup by combining with mesalazine enteric soluble tabl ets.Methods: Sixty-four patients with UC of damp-heat type in the large intestine w ho met the inclusion criteria were collected and divided into control and treatment gro ups according to random number grouping.After 2 courses of treatment(8 weeks),bo th groups were statistically analyzed according to the clinical efficacy,efficacy of sym ptoms,efficacy of intestinal mucosal lesions and changes in intestinal flora,and recurr ence was followed up after 6 weeks of discontinuation.Results: 1.A total of 64 patient cases were included in this study protocol,of wh ich 2 cases were shed in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group,and 60 c ases were finally completed,the shed rate of this study protocol was about 6%.2.Clin ical efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group reached 93.4%,while that of the control group reached 86.7%,P=0.672>0.05,suggesting that the difference was not statistically significant.3.Evidence efficacy: the effective rate of the treatment gr oup was higher than that of the control group(96.7%>90%),which was statistically si gnificant(P<0.05).4.Efficacy of mucosal lesions: the effective rate of mucosa in the treatment group was 96.7%,compared with 80% in the control group,which was stati stically significant(P<0.05),and both groups were effective.5.Intestinal flora: the nu mber of beneficial bacteria(Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus)was higher than befor e treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)in the treatment g roup than in the control group.6.Recurrence: After 8 weeks of treatment,there was 7.1% recurrence in the treatment group and 30.8% recurrence in the control group,and t he difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)by statistical analysis.7.Adverse r eactions: none occurred in both groups.Conclusion: Self-developed ulcer clearing and intestinal soup combined with me salazine enteric soluble tablets is effective in improving the Chinese medical sympto ms and mucosal lesions of UC patients with damp-heat type of large intestine,with hi gher efficiency than mesalazine enteric soluble tablets alone.The self-formulated Ulc er Clearing Bowel Soup has the effect of assisting the growth of probiotics,inhibiting the value-added of pathogenic bacteria and maintaining the micro-ecological balance of the intestine.By comparing the recurrence rate,it was found that the number of rec urrences after treatment with the self-formulated formula combined with mesalazine e nteric-coated tablets was less than that of mesalazine enteric-coated tablets alone,indi cating that this formula has better long-term efficacy.No side effects were found duri ng the treatment of the existing cases,and safety was ensured.In conclusion,this for mula has the value of being used and promoted in clinical practice.
