Objective Starting from treatise on Febrile and miscellaneous diseases,this paper explores the application law of Bupleurum in classical prescriptions,and explores Zhang Zhongjing’s understanding of Bupleurum through its application law,hoping to explore the possibility of Zhong Jing’s academic thought,so as to inherit Zhong Jing’s academic thought as accurately and comprehensively as possible;Starting from the historical documents,the origin of Bupleurum chinense was researched;Starting from the investigation,the problems faced by the current Bupleurum market were clarified and solutions were found;Based on these three aspects,we should establish the common awareness of traditional Chinese medicine,and try our best to avoid the situation that doctors do not know medicine and medicine does not work with medicine,so as to provide reference ideas for the clinical practice and learning of traditional Chinese medicine.Research methods(1)Data mining: Data mining: sort out the articles and prescriptions related to Bupleurum in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and miscellaneous diseases written by Zhang Zhongjing,sort them out,extract the medical records,standardize the medical records that meet the inclusion conditions,and enter them into the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance(v2.5)for data mining,and statistically analyze their clinical application rules.(2)Literature research: collect ancient and modern literature related to Bupleurum chinense,summarize and sort out,trace the source of its use,and clarify the ancient and modern use of this medicine.(3)Literature survey: find the literature about Bupleurum market information,find out the problems faced by the current Bupleurum market,so as to analyze specific problems and propose solutions.Research resultThis topic takes Bupleurum chinense as the starting point,and mainly discusses three issues related to Bupleurum chinense.The first part,using the method of data mining,sorted out the prescriptions related to Bupleurum in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and synopsis of the golden chamber,extracted the relevant medical record records,established the prescription database and traced.Through literature research,the name,variety,odor,nature,drug potential,application diseases,taboos and other contents of Bupleurum chinense were researched to answer the question "what is Bupleurum chinense?";Combined with Zhong Jing’s experience in using Bupleurum chinense and referring to the experience of Bupleurum chinense by medical scientists of past dynasties,as well as the related modern pharmacological research of Bupleurum chinense,this paper explores the related diseases and taboos of Bupleurum chinense,and answers the question "how to use Bupleurum chinense".The third part is to investigate the problems and difficulties faced by Bupleurum chinense,find ideas to solve the problems and give appropriate suggestions according to the chaotic phenomenon of the doctors today.In view of the chaos in the current Bupleurum market,the author tried to make coping strategies based on syndrome differentiation,advocated regional planting orders of bupleurum,carried out relevant Bupleurum planting agriculture,and standardized the specific writing content in the prescription of doctors,hoping to have a positive impact on the use of Bupleurum and related research.
