| Objectives By observing the changes of TCM syndrome score,SAQ score,electrocardiogram,hs-CRP,Hcy and c Tn T in patients with heart-kidney-yin deficiency(HKYD)of coronary heart disease(CHD)treated with Zisheningxin capsule after interventional surgery,we can understand its influence on the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients after interventional surgery and evaluate the clinical curative effect from the perspective of modern medicine.Methods A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)who met the inclusion criteria(within 3-6 months)after interventional surgery were selected from outpatient and inpatients in the department of Cardiology of Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to October 2021,and their syndrome differentiation was heart-kidney Yin deficiency type.They were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table.The control group was treated with western medicine,including oral treatment of symptomatic drugs such as anti-platelet aggregation,anticoagulant,vasodilator and β blocker.In the treatment group,zishenningxin capsule was additionally taken(4 capsules,3 times a day).The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.SPSS 24.0 statistical software was used to analyze the syndrome scale of traditional chinese medicine(TCM),angina questionnaire(SAQ)score,electrocardiogram(ECG),Creactive protein(hs-CRP),homocysteine(Hcy)and cardiac troponin T(c Tn T)levels of the two groups before and after treatment,to verify the clinical efficacy and value of using the advantages of TCM combination of disease and syndrome in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease after interventional surgery.Among them,measurement data were described in the form of mean ± standard deviation(`X±S),and t test was used when data were normally distributed.Nonparametric rank-sum test was used when the normal distribution was not in accord with the median and quartile distance.Chi-square test was used for counting data and rank sum test was used for grade data.P<0.05 was considered as significant difference,while P>0.05 was not significant difference.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,54 patients completed observation,and 3 patients in each group withdrew from the trial because they met the shedding criteria,and the results were in line with the expected efficacy judgment:1 TCM syndrome score: there was significant statistical difference between the syndrome score after treatment and the score before treatment(P<0.05).For the clinical efficacy after treatment,there was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group had lower score and better effect.2 SAQ score: the treatment effect of the two groups in the five dimensions of SAQ score was better than before,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was also significant difference in SAQ score between groups after treatment(P<0.05),with higher score and better efficacy in the treatment group.3 ECG efficacy: the ECG morphology after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher.However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in ECG efficacy after treatment(P>0.05).4 Laboratory indicators: the hs-CRP,Hcy and cTnT levels in each group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,with statistical differences(P<0.05).However,there was no significant statistical difference in the above values after treatment betweengroups(P>0.05).Conclusions 1 The effectiveness and safety of zishenningxin capsule in the treatment of patients with HKYD after CHD intervention were preliminarily verified.2 TCM syndrome differentiation treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,the stability of angina pectoris and the limit of limb activity of patients with HKYD after CHD intervention,and thus enhance their satisfaction and awareness of treatment and disease.In addition,hs-CRP,Hcy and c Tn T levels were decreased to a certain extent,and the morphology of ECG was improved.No damage of liver and kidney function was observed.3 Zishenningxin capsule based on the conventional treatment of western medicine in the treatment of CHD intervention after the HKYD of patients with syndrome differentiation,the main manifestations of chest distress and chest pain,palpitation night sweat,upset insomnia has significant curative effect,worthy of clinical promotion.Figure 0;Table 11;Reference 112... |
